Honestly I was a little skeptical after reading some questionable Samsung washer reviews…. But I have zero complaints. I love this washer, we’ve had it for months and it still runs great, has more than enough capacity and clothes come out feeling CLEAN.

This new washer exceeds our expectations. It quiet and does a very good job. The only negative I have is that, because I am only 5 feet tall, I have to use a step in order to reach the bottom of the tub. But that is not really an issue and certainly not the machine's fault.

We are very pleased with our Samsung washer purchase. We prefer the agitator for excellent cleaning. We have found the spin cycle does a great job, meaning clothes need less time in the dryer. The best feature of this washer is how quiet it is, although the pleasant melody at the end of the wash cycle is a close runner-up.

Love this washer. It is just the right size - not too big or too small. Shorter height than the 5 cu ft models so its easier to get laundry out. The internal faucet if handy for rinseing items or adding extra water. Deep cycle works well. Little noisier that my old washer but I can live with it.

This is such a good washer. I am impressed how good this washer is you can wash your king size blankets in here no problem. The price was amazing for about 450 dollars delivered and installed. Would buy again and did tell my friends and family about this

I used the machine for 3 loads, 1 hot 1 warm and 1 cold. I like the translucent top which allows me to see clothes during washing, the timer which tells me how much time is left in the cycle and my clothes coming out not as wet as they did from my previous washing machine.

I am very satisfied with my washer I have four teenagers that play hard especially my boys and get really dirty this wash machine gets the clothes much whiter and the dark are so much brighter… I’m in love with my washer… thank you for this opportunity to b One of the first ones to use this washer… just a little upset that I wasn’t able to get the washer and dryer set together but hopefully soon I will be able to…

Great washer for the dollar! Prob the best washer I’ve ever owned and at a great price range too!

The machine doesn't have all the bells and whistles of more expensive machines but I wouldn't use the advanced features anyways. It has 8 wash modes which hits all the ones that I would use. Clean white look and love the glass top. It doesn't make an obnoxious sound when spinning so that is a positive. The agitator model cleans better than the impeller models that I was looking at. So far so good and I would recommend this machine especially at the price level. Delivery was awesome too and they did a great job hauling my machine away and installing this Samsung on the 2nd floor with no damage.

It has been an excellent product despite almost daily use for 3 years. Its 110v so dont need to worry about 240v sockets.

I've had this machine for almost a year and im very happy with it. I havent had any issues whatsoever. Runs like its supposed to, washes the clothes well and is relatively quick and effective. Great product for the price would definitely recommend

I have this washer and its been great, just bought the same set for my son.

The old one went bust. So far the Mrs loves this one (you wpould think after so many trips in the heatwave). I like that it has a tray to add your liquids. I'm old school, and liked when you could add your wash liquid and let it spin to the top before adding your clothes. Not a fan of the opposite whereas the door will lock on you before adding your clothes. Love that the tech guy said that as a Tech member, I can exchange it for another within 60 days for a "removable agitator". Working on this now! Just don't like how long it takes for the delivery - more than 1 month. BB's 3rd party deliveries need to go ASAP. This is my 2nd straight time going through this. Should be given $100 for this review.

I’m really liking this washer after the first few loads. My clothes smell so clean, I didn’t realize how my old washer wasn’t actually working to clean our clothes. It’s super quiet and easy to use.
