Amazing washer happy with the purchase, got the one with the agitator

I have had this washer a little over a month now and it is awesome! We have 3 children who are 10, 7 and 1. So far this washer has withstood all we have thrown it’s way! I love that you can choose your water level because most washers now do it automatically. I really don’t use the auto sense because I feel it does not give enough water sometimes but other than that I have zero complaints about this washer. It even plays a little song to let you know when the cycle is done! You can do large or small loads and it does bedding very well! #SamsungInsider

Bought this washer when my old washer of 16 years finally went out. Love this washer, it’s pretty large and cleans well. It came on time and over all service and set up was great.

Very simple to use and very quiet compared to other washing machines out there in the market! Love the time display it has that tells you when your wash will be done very high quality overall!!

This washer is the first washer I've ever purchased. I am a new homeowner and I wanted to buy the best on the market. This was one of the best appliances I purchased! With its light up and digital display, I know exactly which setting works best for whatever load of wash. The digital time let's me know exactly how long each load will take, so I'm able to run other errands throughout the day. I love the agitator, which I feel gets my clothes cleaner, and the detergent & softener tray allows me to measure out the proper amount of soap. The size of the washer is great, I'm able to wash large loads as well as my bed sheets and blankets. I washed my comforter and the washer handled it great! The soft close lid is great! No more slamming lids! There's also a built in faucet! I had tons of stains from gardening and the faucet allowed me to pre-treat my clothes before starting my load of wash. I use the delicate setting most often. Most of my work clothes are considered delicate and the delicate setting ensures my clothes are cleaned but also washed safely. By far, one of the best appliances I purchased for my home!

Great Washer so far! But only have done 5 loads so far. Lets see what I have to say about it in a year. It is fairly quiet and the clothes come out clean, what more can you ask for, It does the job

A good unit at a good price. It's much quieter than my old unit and maintains its balance well. My primary complaint is that the wash cycles are significantly longer than those from my old unit. Otherwise, so far so good!

This machine is awesome. I used to get so frustrated with my last washer, it would get unbalanced easily and what was supposed to take an hour and a half would stretch into hours as I rebalanced the load. I suspect it wasted a lot of water trying to balance it by itself. This Samsung has only gone off balance once in the many washes I've done, and that was something bulky. Otherwise, when it says it's going to be done in an hour it's done in an hour. It has a large tub that will hold a thick blanket or comforter and is very quiet. I forget I'm doing a load.

excellent washer, this thing gets clothes clean. the tub is deep you can wash a lot of clothes at once, which for me as a single man. i love whole weeks worth of clothes one wash done

So far so good. Clothes comes out clean, haven't had any problems. Looks very modern. I would buy again.

I love this washer because i can wash lots of clothes at the same time and this is the ideal size to wash bed clothes and big blankets. The price is the best part along with its looks.

Love this washer! This washer is quiet i have to ask my family if its still on. For work clothes which are heavily soiled are cleaned as great.

Many years since I purchased a new washer, this washer quickest setting has a wash cycle that is an hour long, this is too long for me. During the initial startup I hear noise and I don’t know if it’s normal or something is wrong with washer, next purchase will be an old used washer as my water and electric bill is going to be higher with this washer… my clothes do come out clean.

I've owned this washer for 5 months now. Time for a review. Pros: cleans well Cons: Not enough control of cycles. Example 1: Gentle cycle does not allow you to choose following specifications: temperature (only cool), soil level (only light) and no option to pre soak. Example 2: Pre soak is 30 minutes. That's it. No alterting that time. Example 3: no ability to alter spin cycles (my old washer allowed low to extra high options within any cycle) The washer is good but not great for $800, wouldn't buy again.

This is my first washer I ever purchased. It works well and we paid extra to get the vendor to set it up. It gets the job done but I noticed sometimes it leaves detergent stain on my clothes. I am not sure if it is because we are not using high efficiency detergent like it is recommended or because I put the water mode as low. I am playing around with it. The size is okay. I wished I would've waited cause the prices dropped for bigger machines. I tried to only do small batches of laundry instead of a lot at once. There are lots of functions, but I have only tried a couple.

I was skeptical of this washer at first due to the lack of physical agitator and how lightly it moves to wash clothes. After putting it into action, I was pleasantly suprised to see how well it gets the job done. Pros: - It sings when you turn it on/when its done - There's a slot to pull out to put detergent and softener in - Wide range of wash options - glass top to see into the washer - sleek design - good quality for price Cons: - Pressure appears weak and you may feel you have to use more water than intended for a given soil level. Cycles are long, quick wash will be close to ~40ish mins

Easy to use/set up. Very quiet for a washer and does a very thorough job in washing. My clothes and blankets come out so clean with no soap residue. Highly recommend and it doesn't use so much electricity.
