I bought a guarantee but this is very annoying because is a new product to start with this issue.

Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty.

I can’t even get it replaced because it’s on backorder, so I’ll have to pay more money to buy another washer. I’ve never bought Samsung appliances, I thought I’d take a chance. Some of the thing scame out just as dirty as they went in due to poor water supply and draining. The cycle setting also seems to be flawed in that it wasn't sticking with any normal cycle. WAs also not impressed that rinse and spin settings could be changed mid-cycle. Found this out by brushing the thing as I walked by. The biggest issue is that this is claimed to be ADA compliant. Why? Because it can use a pedestal and has 2 braille letters near power and start? This is not at all ADA compliant without additional braille overlays.
