This washer is very quiet, many option settings and sings. MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS (4) on the back before using! Washing my KING comforter was easy breezy! Love it!!

It cleans well, quiet, clothes pretty dry and lots of settings. I've tried the steam setting once on an old stain and of course no miracle, but it cleaned the shirt.

This is the perfect size washer for a family of three or more. The Washer is very quiet and easy to set up. I love that it’s energy efficient and is a big improvement on older style washers. My old agitator washer was very inefficient and did not get the clothes as clean. And washer spins faster and dries the clothes much better before even getting to the dryer.

I purchased this washer 3 weeks ago. It replaced a 6 year old top load Maytag that I was never really happy with. I got this Samsung on sale at a great price. I have happily been doing laundry for the last 3 weeks (35-40 loads already). It handles and CLEANS clothes, bedding, towels and delicates beautifully. I thought the steam option was a novelty that I would never use but I really like it for sheets and towels. Everything comes out bright and fresh and I haven’t noticed any smell from the washer. Over the weekend I put a load in to wash and forgot about it...until 12 hours later. Imagine my surprise to find the washer stuck in the spin cycle. I googled this problem and it is indeed a know problem. Not a good way to start out. I’m an Elite member so I got 35 to return which is what I’m doing. I did buy the extended warranty but I don’t have a good feeling this early in the game. We selected an LG and will give that a try....I really hope it’s as good because I LOVE what this Samsung can do! Best Buy was great setting up the delivery of the new one at the same time they will be picking up the Samsung.

We just love our samsung appliances. The washer is quiet and does big loads. Great for any size families. Cleans great and love how it spins .

Really like the functionality and performance of the washer. There are several options to wash clothes based on your need- all function really well and leave clothes smelling clean. Love the appearance of the washer and am very happy with the load size the washer is able to handle. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new washer and has all kinds of different clothes types.

Really like this washer. Huge drum, performs great. Cycles are a little long, but that's the case with all front loaders.

This is replacing another front loader who days were numbered, so I was proactive and picked up this little beauty. Researched my washers via consumer reports so I knew which one was the top performers and this washer fit the bill. Very easy buttons. The melody that i plays at the end is a little long so it can get annoying. However, I would not trade it for the world.

Bestbuy staff delivered, set up the new washer and hauled away the old. Very happy with the whole experience. The new washer is able to handle huge towel loads quickly and quietly and cleans well. There is a self clean prompt which I like to prevent mold/mildew build up.

I have owned this washer for about a month, and so far I'm really impressed. It has cleaned both small and large loads so well, and the steam feature is terrific. And a huge plus is how quiet it is. On a side note, I also enjoy the song it plays when a load is finished!

This was a package purchase with the dryer of the same model. Both washer and dryer have many settings. Compared to the previous set i had, this is much quieter. It fits in a small closet next to my bath room, unfortunately i did not think about the depth of the machine when i purchased. It comes out about an inch past the door way, As a result i had to remove the closet door, but i can still hear my tv just fine when the machines are running. It's also big enough to wash & dry (heavy) king/queen size blankets.

This washer is efficient, quiet and east to use. I am happy with my purchase.

Very quiet with plenty of options for standard household laundry. Large compacity to do a Cal king comforter. No more trips to the laundry facility. Easy to operate. Even the kids like doing their own laundry now.

I have had this a little over a year now and I love this washer. As long as you run the clean cycle when it lights up I believe you will have no issues. There is also a lint catcher that I clean about once every few months. We have a husky-border collie mix, german Sheppard, Maine Coone cat, and 2 other cats. I list this because the amount of pet hair that ends up in the washer is a huge amount. Because of this I take the extra step and clean the rubber seal with a vacuum about once a month. I also clean the inner part every few months because it is something one should do if they have pets and want the washer to last. I keep the door closed and I have no issues with mildew or smell. This is hands down the best washer I have ever used. I was saving for about a year, saved my points as well. I did a lot of review reading and I nearly went with GE or Maytag just because growing up it was the brand that was trusted, Samsung was not something I had any experience with as far as appliances. I nearly ordered a Maytag but decided I wanted to go in and actually see them in person, glad I did because the others felt cheaply made. The doors felt like they would not last. The Samsungs and LG's seemed the most sturdy, LG's were priced much higher so I ended up buying this. I went 7 months later and bought a Samsung dryer. I do wash daily, it does it all. Comforters, sheets, towels, pillows, even dog beds. It has a sterilize cycle, which I love for the dog's toys and any cycle you may thing you need. It also has a delay setting and a favorite setting for a quick start. As long as you do the maintenance if you are like me with pets and excessive use, I think it will be fine. At least it has been for me.

We purchased this washer together with a matching gas dryer. At first we had them side by side but then we needed more storage in the kitchen so had to stack them (super easy to do so with the stacking kit - sold separately). It easily fits large loads (comforter for example) and is not loud and doesn't wobble during spin cycles. I love the various options (allergen, sanitize, delicate, steam, etc.). The wash cycles are a bit on the longer side but that can be adjusted with a customized cycle (the preprogrammed ones are taking longer).
