It's been 10 plus years since I brought my last washer and technology has come a long way this machine is fast and quiet clothes are thoroughly cleaned.

Finally have a steam washer. It pulverizes stains. No odors. Best price and delivery were at best buy.

This isn't the top of the line model but no where near basic either. They can handle everything I throw at it and believe me when I say girls can be just as messy as boys. My laundry room is located down stairs near the dining room table and at times the machine is so quiet that I don't even notice it. I've never heard them upstairs unlike my previous machines. If your looking for a great product at a reasonable price this is it.

I’ve needed a new washer for a number of years. But other things kept trumping a washer since it was technically *working*. When it finally started to officially not work I was happy to shop for a new one. Let me tell you, the Samsung is great. All the bells and whistles I could want. Large enough to wash a king size comforter. I’m shocked at how much more laundry I can do and be done in half the time.

First front loader I bought. Seems like the loads take a little longer but wow does it do an amazing job and so quiet compared to my old top loader. I love this washer.

We love these machines. We bought the set and both perform well and are super quiet.

I’ve had this washer for a month, I’ve had it leveled 3x. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get used to the issues that go with a front load washer. You cannot washer large loads and spin on high spin, you kind of need to put a balanced amount of clothes in the washer to begin with or it can’t seem to get balanced.

Doesn't work correctly when using cold wash, it only uses hot water no matter when we program for cold wash! We called Samsung and all we get is runaround, and this getting old!! Not happy at all with Samsung

It works great, appreciate all the extra options on the washing machine due to all the family sports activities, it can get those stains out better than my old washer.

This is a great washer and is also stackable. It is very quiet and cleans well!

It gets the laundry clean, it doesn't use a lot of energy, it doesn't use much water, the clothes come out slightly damp so the dryer doesn' work very hard either.

This washer works well and has a variety of useful settings. The main board when out just after a year. Other than that I've had no trouble with leaks or locking up. I also don't have any smell issues, but I watch the amount of detergent I use, use vinegar regularly, and clean regularly, as well as leave open between uses.

Hard to balance but other than that is simple and easy to use and works great. Fits more than expected.
