I feel as though this washer doesn't fill up with enough water when washing the clothes. I understand it calibrates for the amount of clothes, but to me it just isn't enough.

I like that this washer has a lot of options on it.

This is a great washing machine for the money. High-speed and very energy-efficient. Although the washer lacks in the options for load size. Washer does not have different temperatures for the wash load and the rinse cycle.

I am very disappointed because my clothes are not coming as clean as they should! Look dingy with stains still on them, stains that came out in regular washer! Can't use just hot water, the machine cool it down some so I don't feel that that they are as sanitized as I would like. It takes forever to wash a load and have an extra rinse added.

Broke within the first week. What little laundry I did was not washed well at all. Best Buy came to repair and could not fix it. Have not had a washer in three weeks. I normally do not even write reviews, but this time I felt the need.

I called for service within a few days they looked at it said the leveling was off. we adjusted it two days later water started leaking from the bottom. it is going back.

Bought this washer and had it delivered and installed. After a couple weeks it started leaking from the hot side connector valve on the back. Brought out a serviceman to find out the original tech cross threaded the hose onto the plastic valve. It was replaced and seemed not to leak. A few weeks later and it's leaking again from the same place. Waiting a week and a half now for another tech and another part to try and fix it.

This washer was advertised as virtually silent wash and it is far from silent. It's not a rocket ship but it is definitely loud. The cycles are great and it has a lot of options. Still well worth the buy.

My machine worked well for about a week, then mysteriously began leaking from the under carriage. Best Buy is now replacing the machine but so far it's taken almost two weeks to make this happen.

Delivered on Friday. On the third load of clothes it would not spin and empty the water. Called Geek squad since we purchases 5 yr coverage. To our surprise they referred us to Samsung since it's in the first year. So, call them and a rep on the phone knew less about the product than me, which means she know very little. To Best Buys credit, they picked the washer and dryer up the following Monday and gave credit. Be on the watch to make sure you are credited with any warranty cost upon returns. We were not, but the local store resolved the matter.

I had to get this washer because the last Samsung washer we had was recalled. Hopefully, this one doesn't get recalled. It's not cool to have to pay more to replace a 3 year old washer.

I'm not sure if I'm just used to older models, but I don't think it cleans that well. I mean my clothes smell nice, but some still have deodorant on them after they're washed.

Takes 90 minutes to do a medium load of towels which includes the second rinse option because without it, the towels aren't thoroughly rinsed out. And once again, you also have to use the heavy load mode just to properly wash clothing! Using the clothing mode results in sticky, non thoroughly rinsed out clothing. Our ten year old washing machine with the old school center agitator did a much better job at cleaning and rinsing and in about a third of the time it takes this new one. Wife says it's going back.

Loved it at first. I usually like Samsung products. Set up was relatively easy. Even though it is a high capacity washer, you can not put heavy items in there or a "full" load. Having an issue with having to re-calibrate it all the time. Samsung said that this happens sometimes when you wash "heavy" items. I dont consider 4 pairs of socks, a pair of capri running pants and a sports bra heavy items. Had less trouble with my old second hand Kenmore. Will be contacting samsung...again.

I love the bells and whistles. Moreover, it has great capacity and a refined appearance. However, the washer just does not clean laundry well. My clothes did not come out of the wash smelling and feeling fresh. There were visible stains left on lightly soiled clothing even after washing it with the "heavy duty" cycle. I returned this unit after a week of frustrating results. However, I do want to comment that Best Buys in Vacaville, CA was great because their staff refunded the purchase without any issues, and gave me a 10% discount on my replacement washer purchase.

I am disappointed at the quality of this washer after purchased it on 8/10/2014. When the washer is set to spin at "high" setting the washer makes terrible loud noises. It would slow down but once the spinning speed picks up again, the noise would resurface. Terrible!

I purchased this machine when I couldn't take the laundry mat anymore and I am so happy I did. The washer is so roomy and best of all it fit in my apartment. We have put this washer to the test and it has passed. There are 5 people in my home and 3 dogs so its a lot of laundry and this machine has been amazing. Love all of the cycles available. The machine is very quiet, you can barely tell when its spinning. It uses minimal water but the clothes come out so clean and almost completely dry. The lid doesn't slam down which is awesome when you have teenagers doing laundry. Overall I'm satisfied. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the wash time can be a bit long but you can do other things while it washes. I would recommend this machine. Great price and great quality.

Bought this washer for my mother for Christmas, washer is a good size and washes clothes good but wasn't too happy with the noise it makes when is washing or weight sensing

Says efficent, but clothes do not come out as cleaned as desired. There is no use in cleaning on 'delicate' cycle, which really means 'soak' cycle.

This washing machine has given me several error codes and it is only 2 months old. Some of my clothes especially soiled blue jeans are not coming out clean.
