overall good product for the price, sleek expensive looking. I like the key pad and washes large items.

I don't know why anyone would create a washing machine with the Hot and Cold water coming in separately! The hot water comes in first, then the cold! The PC police have gone to far! Who wants hot water to coming in on their good clothes? Not me! I put cold water in first before starting the machine. Every machine I've ever owned in 58 yrs. had both coming in at the same time! It doesn't put enough water in to clean/rinse either!

I love this new machine. Without the old style agitator in the center, this machine can wash huge, bulky loads with NO PROBLEMS! I think the price was GREAT and I love how simple this machine is.

Does not clean clothes well. Very disappointed in this machine.

Had the washer for almost 2 months and it hasn't broke down yet. Send another request for review in about 12 years

So here we are waiting for our washer a month later we've had three attempted deliveries. The day of delivery we get a phone call every time saying that they do not have our washer yet This is not including the first delivery where they sold us a defective washer decided to upgrade us because they sold us a defective washer and we are still waiting for it. we are now going two months without a washing machine because our initial washing machine was recalled by Samsung. Only reason I left one star was because I had to in order to post the review. We have had 15 appliances delivered from Best Buy we don't have 15 appliances in our home but because several were defective we've got that number now I'm not sure why we went back there to purchase this one but it won't happen again with anything. Oh and the washer that I picked out in the store was a recalled washer but the company decided to keep them on the floor and not send them back to Samsung so when the defective washer guy here I noticed it was different but that's because I was looking at I recalled one in the store

I think it is a little loud when it spins. Makes a strange sound, I think I need to call someone to take a look.

I do not like that you cannot manually choose your load size. Load cycles take a long time and if you don't choose the personal setting the water level doesn't cover the entire load. Even choosing the presoak doesn't always help. Load size is determined by a weight sensor that obviously doesn't work very well. Had I realized this I would not have bought it.

I purchased this top loader on 5/27/16. Doesn't wash very well, REALLY it just moves the clothes back and forth a little bit. I exchange it that next week (I was about to ask for a refund until the Bestbuy team member convinced me) for a Samsung frontloader and now I hate that it has a rotten egg smell during the washing cycles I really think that they gave me a refurbished machine. I'm in the process of returning that, BB is coming to pickup on 7/30/16. I miss the old school washer and dryer, my last washer lasted 12 years and nothing was wrong with it my dryer went out and I just wanted a matching set. I'm thinking about purchasing the Speed Queen.

Not happy with the water levels. Still trying to figure it out and manual is not very helpful

I bought this washer to replace my Samsung that had the vibration recall - big mistake!! High efficiency - a big joke!! Water did not cover the clothes - I had to stop the washer to move the clothes around to even get them wet. I washed comforters - they came out with so much soap residue on them that I had to take them to the Laundromat to redo them. We live on a farm with dirty clothes - our jeans came out of the washer with the dirt still on them - I had to wash them 2 and 3 times to get the dirt out. After 3 days of giving it a chance - I called Best Buy and exchanged it for the Samsung that had the recall - it fills the drum with water (there is a load size button) even though it is a high efficient. Best Buy was very helpful in allowing me to exchange washers. Downside of that is that we had to take off work 2 different times to have the washers delivered because they give you a 4 hour time span of when they will be arriving.

After just 2 weeks of use, washer broke. Had to be replaced! I was out of washer for 3 weeks!

had to wash a mattress pad 3 times to get loose dirt off of it.totally not what i expected from it.

It doesn't even spin small loads well. Highly Disappointing

Washer is quiet except during rinse & spin cycles when it vibrates a lot & is very noisy.

cannot reach things in the bottom of the washer. this washer is not for short people ( I'm 5'3)

I am on my second machine. My 1st broke within 1 week. Luckily BB replaced it for me.

I thought at this price I would be getting something good, but this washer just didn't do it for me. I didn't like the wash cycle, simply not enough movement. I didn't feel as if my clothes were getting washed, they were just swishing around. I also spent half a day trying to level it, with no success and it just bounced around too much for me in the spin cycle. Maybe I got a dud? Maybe it was me? I dunno?

I had to order online because I was out of the country when the old washer failed. A friend accepted delivery with installation. The first wash load didn't fill enough water. The next attempt caused a flood with water coming out of the front bottom of the washer all over the floor. That started a two-week nightmare trying to deal with Best Buy to "communicate" about options. Customer service computer systems had wrong information and were partially duplicated leading to conflicting and erroneous information. If the latest plan works, Best Buy will pick up the machines tomorrow. They are now sitting in my dining room, since I have now installed a "Brand X" set from another vendor. This has been a totally unproductive, frustrating, anxiety-producing endeavor wasting most of several weeks dealing with faulty business processes and people who are "one-task-oriented."

This washer cleans just ok.....large tub. It leaks inside the tub from day one
