Product should have better quality control so as not to inconvenience customer.

Washer was leaving clothes soaked and full of soap. I returned it after 2 weeks.

I've had this washer nearly 1 year now and while I like it, there are a few drawbacks. I've already had to have one big part (a bearing at the bottom) replaced. Apparently using too high of a spin with a relatively heavy load caused it to wear out, though I never usually went above medium on spin. Overall, I do like the washer. It washes well, spins most water out, has a nice little charm when done, and isn't too loud. I'd rather it be almost silent, but I think the issue is the location of my laundry closet, not the washer. I love how quickly a load is done on the quick cycle--which is what I normally use, with cold water and on low. I do find the "request" for the machine to be washed annoying sometimes, but I try to just run a cycle when I'm done doing laundry for the week,. Love this machine so much more than the original front loading set I'd purchased. I didn't want a pedestal for it, so sitting on the floor doing laundry was no fun--now my only issue is my height and reaching in the bottom. Our install guy recommended getting a set of tongs at the dollar store to help!

Wash cycles are long It's a very quiet machine good for big family

I wish I would have read the reviews before actually purchasing this washer. There is not enough water to actually wash clothes. There were actually dry areas on some of the things I washed.A friend told me that all things need to be washed on bedding cycle so there is enough water. The way the washer agitates items are not even moved in the washing. Thank goodness Best Buy returned and exchanged my washer

Laundry cycles are rather long. Obnoxious musical signals.

Not happy with this purchase. Returned it for a front end loader washer. The top end washer did not clean the clothes nearly as well as a front end washer. It barely moved the clothes around to me. Be sure to read all the reviews before making a purchase on the top end washers.

I returned this machine. Cycles were long and not enough options.

One draw back is you have to reset the water temp EVERTIME

I have had this machine for 3 months. I did purchase Geek Squad protection. It does take some getting used to. It is quieter than a traditional agitator machine, and the amount of laundry I can get inside is amazing. However, one needs to be careful which setting they wash. My towels got torn up on the first wash. The hems got torn out of two of my brand new pants twice. The string on one of my garments also got frayed and pulled out. It also put a hole in my cardigan. I recommend no spin for more delicate items. This does cause more water to be in the garment, but saves the clothes. You have to be careful to load items in a similar way as if there was an agitator. I do need to pretreat stains more than I used to with old machine.

This washer isn't the best I got it at a great price.

This washer shook terribly so I returned it for the same brand and model but it shook too. The delivery guys did everything they could to eliminate the shake but had no luck. So I returned this one and bought a Maytag. Read my review on the Maytag

Not to happy with this washer, it does not fill up properly with water. So it does not wash entire clothes. I have to let it fill up a bit with water then restart it , that way it weighs in clothing n fills up to wash entire clothing. Not happy

Wife and I are ecstatic about this purchase. We have had it for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Came from an older washer and dryer that needed to be replaced. This washer has many settings yet very easy to use. It uses minimal water to wash, it is very quiet and the cloths come out smelling cleaner than ever. Can handle big load of cloths or the smallest of loads as it has a sensor that allows the machine to fill up with the correct amount of water every time. The dryer was a great addition as well but I will leave that comment under the product. The washer is so quiet and it has a huge drum. I looked at reviews for this washer and really wanted it but I hadn't seen it because it wasn't in the Best Buy store near us. I'm so happy with this purchase. It's a beautiful washer and I love the control panel. It's very easy to use and the washer cleaned my clothes very well.

Efficient and quiet, and the best part is how much can be put into a single load. It's great to be able to put large items, even a king size comforter, and avoid the trip to the laundromat.

The machine was not able to get things clean.The load never seemed to move, the clothes that went in first stayed at the bottom, there didn't seem to be any movement. A pair of jeans that had some mud on them were washed 3 times and still were not clean.
