Wish I could give this a good review, but I cannot. Since I purchased the set, this washer has never cleaned my clothes properly. It is constantly leaving spot marks all over my clothes, especially dark on dark loads. I have tried different detergents, different amounts, different cycles, different water levels, ran a self cleaning cycle, ect. All to no avail. So I decided to contact Best Buy, who routed me to Geek Squad, who routed me to Samsung. After explaining what the situation was, I was given the run around about doing everything above that I mentioned, that it could not possibly be their machine, but my error. After going back and forth with the rep a few times and answering all her questions, she got a major attitude with me. She stated that if they were to send someone out to look at the washer, and found that there was nothing wrong it, then I would be charged for the service call! I let her know that I would not pay for the service, that I had purchased a new machine with warranty that does not perform its standard function, and that I had already tried all her remedies that she had for the situation prior to calling. There was a pause like she was thinking about the response,I heard her mumble something, and then CLICK!! She simply hung up on me. So needles to say, horrible customer service, and I will be escalating this further. Sad to say that I will not be purchasing anymore Samsung products, as I have Samsung tv's, phone, and now washer and dryer!

Very quiet and works great. No problems and BB delivered and set up professionally.

I love it lol ,I love samsung alot, and the two delivery guys are fast and friendly and take my old washer out the place fast and installing the new washer fast too.

I bought this washer a few months back and loved it so much that I bought it for my parents once their washer died. Its fast and a great buy for the money

Just got my Samsung Washer. Also just got back from being out of town so just threw in all my wash ... underwear, towels, socks, shirts, pants, and jeans. It worked great! The spin cycle dried everything well. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. It says you should use High Efficiency detergent. I will get that.

Now that we have owned this washer for a little over a year, I can honestly say I wish I had bought something else. The tub is large and with no agitator it can wash more clothes at once which is a plus. The problem though is that the water level is lower so it doesn't seem like the wash cycle is very effective nor does the detergent get completely rinsed out without having to use a second rinse. I have had my work clothes come out just barely cleaner than when I put them in on multiple occasions (i.e. I could still see the surface dirt on my pants that would have washed out with the old washer). Yes the lack of an agitator makes it so that the clothes don't get beat up as much during a wash cycle, but the agitator helps some with getting the dirt out. The spin cycle works very well and set at high speed most clothes are barely wet when you pull them out. Yes we are using HE detergent and using the recommended amounts, but so far clothes just don't seem like they're getting as clean as they were with our old washer. I can't believe that after a year I'm considering buying another washer and dryer.

Washer works great for 1 year and after that it totally went to S***.. The washer makes a LOUD NOISE during the spin cycle. At 12 months of use the washer started having balance issues on the final spin, and would keep filling back up with water presumably to correct the unbalance. An hour wash often became a 2, 3 & 4hr wash. If you bought it, Get rid of it before your warranty is up and hopefully you bought the extended warranty, because my experience is that this is the worlds biggest P.O.S Ever!!!!

I saw many good reviews here which I purchased this machine in the first place but now after owning the appliance for 7 months, I don't think those who reviewed positively, took time to use the machine for a while. I noticed that when I washed clothes with dirt and horse hay on them, they would come out of the washer with the same stuff on them and would not actually come off until I took them out of the dryer. I also noticed a weird smell on some of the clothes in some loads. It was a combination of a sour/industrial smell and was really bad. I do not leave my clothes in the washer ever, for more than a few hours. After experiencing the dirt on the clothes and the smell a few times, I thought that maybe I was over loading the washer so I put half of what I normally do in. It made no difference. My husband recently spilled some gasoline on his clothes and I put them in the wash. I washed the clothes four different times trying to get the smell out to no avail. My last washer took out gasoline on the first wash no problem. I even tried putting the laundry detergent directly into the drum but that did not work either. I went online and noticed quite a few reviews stating that clothes were not being cleaned and that the water level was too low to clean them. A couple of people added a couple of buckets of water to help. I paused the machine in the fill cycle and tried this. The water just drained right out of the bottom. I noticed that the drum was not even holding water at all and that water was just being poured over the top and then draining during a wash cycle. I also noticed that all of the spin speed cycles were exactly the same. Fast is the same speed as slow. After witnessing all of this, my machine then stopped working all together. It started displaying a 4E error code. I placed a service request and was told that I had to go into the back of the machine, disconnect the hoses and pull the filter out and clean it myself. I had never been told this before, even when the machine was purchased and installed. It may fix the error code but how is it going to fix the water level issue? The machine has not cleaned my clothes properly since I bought it so that cannot be a filter related problem. My last Samsung washer and dryer had to be scrapped because they both stopped working after 6 years. I should have bought a Whirlpool!

Our old washer and dryer were dying a slow death. Bought this with the matching dryer. Not disappointed.

At first I loved it.. it worked well for the first few weeks. I was wasn't a big fan of the low water but all I had to do was set the soil level to heavy & it would fill up with water... Now that doesnt work & thats not the only problem. It isnt washing as good, isnt spinning well... Ive had the washer & matching dryer for a month & the they are both giving so many problems. I wasn't being helped by best buy or samsung. I should have bought a whirlpool!!

We used this washer for 5 months in every configuration possible with every possible setting combination. Some days, we would put a folded piece of laundry in the washer ant it would come out folded. Food stayed on clothing and the only way to get anything relatively clean was to use the super wash, extra rice, pre soak and heavy setting. This is not a very efficient way to use a machine like this. Tried to return it. was not Elite, so was over the 1 month return policy (elite gets you 6 months). Tried to get the manufacturer to exchange it, but they said it was not broken. Bad buy. Don't do it. Expensive mistake. Anyone want to buy a washer half price? It is taking up space in my garage.

I sold my front loaders and returned to top loaders...I have loved this machine. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS before the first use. Calibrate the machine like you are supposed to....it has been great. The cycles are a bit long, but less water use and my clothes seem so much cleaner!

Washer works well enough. Not large enough for comforters, but fits everything else.

Nearly whisper quiet, fast, and efficient. You can spend more money and get a bigger tub, or some additional features you'll never use, but this is right on point as a midline washer. BestBuy beat out every other store's price by at least $25, too.

I love how big this washer is - it seems like a bottomless pit. Also love being able to wash my bras in there without them getting all tangled up. Could do without the long chime when you turn the unit on.

I'm not going to lie, I only read good reviews about this washer which was a HUGE mistake. After buying and being so excited to wash in a new washer, I was highly disappointed. This washer has a HUGE tub but can't seem to wash two comforters without it resetting the cycle a million times and rinsing more than once. Second, this washer hardly fills with water, and has SUPER long cycles, which doesn't make sense because it's supposed to be HE and save you money, an hour to wash clothes on normal cycle? Ridiculous !! Third, this washer hardly spins, so I feel like my clothes aren't being washed, and when I wash my steam mop pads, they don't ever come clean. Fourth, this washer has different temps, but the 'normal' cycle doesn't wash on the correct temp. you select, actually, none of the temps you select for either cycle work properly. And it only rinses on cold. Junnnnk, junk, junk. Want hot? Not going to happen, you'll get cold, want warm? Not going to happen it's going to be cold. Everything is cold. Fifth, if you don't balance it the very first time, it'll shake like crazy! DONT BUY THIS MACHINE! It's junk. Read the bad reviews and you will know!!!!

Washer bought less than 1months ago. After two weeks was given a UE code meaning unbalance load. Redistributed wash load and only clicking no spinning. In addition, the customer service to get it repaired has been horrible. Will not buy a Samsung product again.

This washer is amazing! I can fit so much in one load. I can fit all my king size bedding in this washer! It literally is a must have. It also plays music when your cycle ends which is pretty helpful!

Each time I wash a heavy load, large blankets, etc., the load will not drain and it gives an error message. I have to rearrange the items in the wash so they will balance. Washer will start again (almost start over) and will unbalance again. I spent a whole afternoon trying to get one large blanket washed because it kept getting unbalanced and holding water. Frustrating when you have a family with tons of laundry.
