Washer didn't even last 2 years before the board went out on it and that was only $600 to repair, after getting the run around from the non helpful customer service reps at samsung that referred me to call someone else?? Talk about standing behind your product. I will never ever buy another Samsung appliance and was definitely not satisfied with spending that much on a washing machine that never worked all that great to begin with. I chose to buy American this time around. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

I am in loved with the top load washer it makes it easy to load cloth. Also comforter is the best. The inside it big because they remove the middle drum which give more room.

VRT=awful. Out of balance in spin cycle, despite all efforts! Wish I would've waited a while before buying - expensive machine and has not been worth the money. Many online reviews about VRT machines with this problem, so seems to be universal.

Love this washer. Like the top loading option. Like how it weighs the load and determines how much water is needed.

I've had this machine for 3 weeks and already needed to call for service. I noticed immediately that the water level was NOT sufficient to clean my clothes. I first tried washing a blanket which the machine "pushed" up the center leaving only the sides washed and the middle of the blanket dry. It also did the same with towels. I tried washing about 1/2 load of towels on the normal setting and after the machine "weighed" the towels it only filled about 3/4 the amount of water needed pushing them up in the center where they remained slightly damp but wet on the sides. Although the machine agitates, it is not enough to evenly distribute the clothing. When I tried to change the cycle to use a different setting it drained all of the water before filling it again then filled it with too much water since the towels were wet from the previous setting. The "timed" settings are also extremely too long for most of it‘s settings up to 90min defeating the energy efficiency of this unit. I bought this machine because I wanted a machine that could handle a bigger wash load as well as comforters but it simply is not up to it’s standards in performance or energy efficiency

How do I say this. Don't waist your money. Our 15 year old old washer worked way better. This Doesn't clean good!!! You know what cleans better? Just get a bucket and water. It cleans Better then this waist material. I am very disappointed in samsung. I will never buy from their products. I just bought another washer and this one is just sitting there . Again don't waist your money!!!!!!

Long wash cycle/inefficient Noisy (very loud!) and shakes vigorously Doesn't clean well and my clothes don't have that nice scent after washing like it wasn't washed in detergent and sometimes leaves residues This product doesn't seem any better than the old one I had except that it looks nicer

I did not buy this washer from Best Buy, but you shouldn't either. It broke 5 months after purchase, Samsung has tried to fix it....not replace it. They were ok that it only works on one setting. Now it doesn't do even that. The worst mistake you will ever make if you buy this washer.

I was so excited to get this washer! To find out that it often throws errors that you have to try to figure out how to fix them or read the manual. Have to reset temp every load. I have to pre treat almost all laundry before starting because it does a poor job at getting things out of clothes. When you work or play outside often and have children, this is a fulltime job. Also detergent drawer no longer waits to disperse the liquids, as soon as I close the drawer they all poor out! Lastly, My daughter left a bobby pin in her pocket which caused my washer to have to be professionally repaired! My old washer had tons of objects washed in it from pockets and kept right on washing. Thinking of selling and finding something different. Love the dryer though!

**I may change my review upon receiving replacement** The very day I had it delivered I tried it out. I thought it looked like it wasn't washing...to which I was correct. NOTHING on top was wet at all...the machine wasn't swishing anything. It didn't even drain or spin out completely before refilling itself FOUR TIMES on the SPIN cycle before I turned it off. Good thing I bought the geek squad protection. They told me the drum was messed up or or the whole machine defective. I had the choice to have it repaired or get another. Well, of course I want another NEW one...I don't want a problem machine. But for as much as I spent on everything you would think it would work. It will be a whole week before I get a another one. If it does the same thing Best Buy can take it all back. I WILL NOT be left with junk for machines! And I will not be get a machine repaired all the time...we will see what the future holds. ((I have yet to try out the dryer that matches this washer as everything was soaking wet...I had to hand wring everything the best I could and take elsewhere to wash since it wasn't even clean))

I purchased this unit in May of 2014. Over the past two months the unit keeps unbalancing itself. Best Buy did the install and I tried the level and it is fine. First Samsung phone support calibrated the machine but it still doesn't work. Of course, the warranty is only for one year. DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!

Really bad at getting clothes clean and have extremely long wash times. I don't know why its high efficiency. Clothes barely move and the simplest stains are not coming out. Highly recommend a regular or front load washer. These washers have to be an industry joke on consumers. Will be returning next day.

Well, here I am once again, no washer. I got this washer 18 months ago and the repair man quoted me a price of $571 to repair this machine. I have given up, this is absolutely unacceptable, and sadly no one cares and there is nothing I can do. It was leaking and sounded like a jet about to take off. Run away from this washer. To quote the repair man "buy the cheapest washer there is, it won't last more than 2-3 years anyway, so why spend $800-1000 for a washer when you will be replacing it." It is really sad but so true. I am on my second washer in less than 5 years. My third will be delivered on Friday. It is just sad that companies are allowed to put out such junk and there is nothing that can be done but sit and take it.

I bought this washer last year at your Holyoke Mall store. I am not happy with it at all. I was told it is a water saver and it it is not. Every water bill we receive is always doubled. I am not doing anything different then I did before. The employee at Best Buy told us it is a water saver.

That, one STAR i selected for rating was for it being hooked up. I think all the good comments are coming from sellers of this products. Because it really and truly SUCKSSS i hate it and it will be going back. I dnt recommend anybody and i do mean anybody to purchase it. TOTAL LOSERRR

Got the washer on sale and it was worth it. Great washer.

I purchased this from best buy in July 2015 and it lasted 5 months. Have been getting the run around from Samsung for a week. They can't find anyone to service it. And the Mishawaka Best Buy basically don't stand behind their products after 12 days. Lol BS

I purchased and entire kitchen, washer, dryer and TV all Samsung. Tried to get warranty on the washer and was not helped. Then found out about their great exploding washing machines. I immediately contacted Samsung, confirmed that my washing machine was one of the one affected. They tell me use on delicate and low settings only until further notice. I tried to get them out to at least take a look at it and fix it. The secondary company they sublet to wanted to charge me. So now I have a washer I can only use on delicate cycle for fear of it exploding and every time I call I get the run around. I will never support Samsung again. They have lost a customer and PLEASE WHO EVER READS THIS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCT, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR DO WHAT'S RIGHT FOR their customer. Very disappointed with Samsung.
