I bought this washer machine to replace my old washer with an agitator in the center. This is a silent washing machine and does not do any noise. It has an excellent system to save water. The clothes are really clean and fragrant. I have had good experience with the samsung brand products. I definitely would recommend to buy it

Aside from learning to use a more advanced washer (don't use downey balls, use special soap, do this not that) and finding out certain things the hard way (they really need a simple CHEAT SHEET - a READ ME FIRST!!!), it's a wonderful machine.

I am very old school when it comes to appliances. I don't deal well with change and to be honest I was scared of this machine at first. This washing machine has made a daunting task fun. I read about the machines without agitators and there was some warning about them wrinkling your clothes but it's all in how you load it. As long as you load it like there is an agitator there they don't wrinkle. In other words load around the middle. This washing machine holds SO much! My first load I washed 6 big blankets and had plenty of room to spare. I would recommend this to anyone no matter what age.

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever used! It has endless wash cycly options and is relatively quiet.

Love the bedding feature. For such a heavy load, the bedding was practically dry.

I bought these to replace the originals that came in my house. So far, they've been great. A lot less water than you're used to seeing, but clothes seem to come out just as clean. Far quieter than the old ones. 4 stars because I haven't had them long enough to vouch for them long term.

Easy to usel, very happy. The only problem was that I had to buy a hose from Home Depot to reach the sink.

Purchase of the Samsung washer was fast and easy, especially since I had done an initial research on washers. The sales person confirmed that this washer would satisfy my needs. The tub is considerably larger than my original washer so that was great. The washing more than satisfies my needs. Installation was on time, efficiently performed by a professional, friendly team.

This is a great washer for the money. I find it easy to use and faster then any front load washers I've used.

I like the fact that it's energy efficient, large, and quiet, however I don't feel that it washes the clothes good enough. It doesn't look like the clothes are getting washed thoroughly. The old fashion washers would really make the clothes tumble around and this one is way too gently. I think all machines now are like that though without that middle part to help tumble the clothes around. It also takes a long time to do a complete wash. (hour +) There is an option to do a quick wash, but it's still around 35+ minutes.

The washer works well for the price. I wanted a top loader and it seems to get most of my items clean.
