This was purchased to replace our 20 year old washer. So we did a lot of checking reviews online. Love that there is no agitator. Also the drum is huge and holds a large amount of laundry. Another great point there isn't a buzzer. It plays music when it's finished. Really happy with this purchase.

I do strongly recommend this Samsung Washer. I never ever had any experience in this type of products before. But now I can tell I have picked a right one. And it is the great product. It washes my clothes soooo clean. and I works very well. Choose this one if other choices make you hard decision.

I get a white residue on my clothes. I use the extra rinse and the residue still does not come off.

Best item you can give a loved one that is easy to understand

We bought this washing machine because most reviews were positive. It was slightly smaller then we expected, but thar was because our previous one was kind if massive. We really like how quiet this new machine is. Operation is pretty self explenatory. Overall good value and quality

I've had this washer about a month and I can definitely say its much better than my previous washer. More efficient and much faster cycles. I got the 5 year Geek Squad protection so I'm worry free for now. Glad I made the investment.

this is the second Samsung washer we have bought. Have been pleased with both so far. Would recommend this model

Well built, quality washing machine. Was kinda skeptical going from a front load to this but very happy. Seems to get clothes really clean.

The Samsung washing machine is very nice. The controls are simple and aesthetically pleasing. We have 5 people in our house and having the 4.5 Cu. Ft tub is great for washing large loads. Best Buy delivered very promptly and the delivery team was mindful and respectful.

Samsung has great appliances, even their low end washer has everything.

The water doesn't fill all the way up in the washer. We had it installed by a Best Buy tech.
