Ran it through another spin cycle, didn't change anything. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and was told I have to wait a week for them to come out, they claim I didn't purchase an extended warranty plan even though I did. They refuse to do anything about it. Horrible customer service, horrible product, so incredibly disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Washer. If the clothes are still wet at the end of the cycle, please make sure it's installed properly (the drain hose isn't inserted too far into the drain pipe and the connection is not airtight), leveled thoroughly, per the instructions in the user manual and online, and the drain is not clogged. It may also help to redistribute the clothes which, if too heavy for the Vibration Reduction Technology to counterbalance, may interfere with the ability of the spin cycle to function properly. Please also make sure an appropriate spin cycle is selected. If none of these suggestions help to resolve the issue, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help. The WA45H7000AW warranty includes one year parts and labor coverage, and from your review it appears your washer is quite new.

An error code would be displayed indicating there was some problem with the hoses (kinked) or not enough water pressure; checked for these and found none of these problems. Had to return it and got another washer(different model and brand).

I was going to see if I could purchase another brand/model, but after some researching I settled for the same model. Hope the new one works well as it replaces a bad one I got. It's something to just settle for.

The stainless steel tub is huge with the capacity to hold large loads. It runs quietly with hardly any noise or vibration, and even more importantly ,it cleans clothes effectively. I like the extra rinse and self cleaning options, but even more than that...I love the price...Nice washer for the $$
