This washer takes the color out of everything. It took the color out of items that I have washed for years without any problems. It is really rough on all clothes even on the most delicate settings. The rinse cycle runs at top speed for every load even if you choose the slow spin option. I have balls on all of my sweaters after 1 wash. I washed a load of brand new white towels and they came out grungy. The washer smelled really toxic for about the first month of ownership. After researching, I found that it is due to some cheap materials used on the seal.

Redid laundry room, love the stackable. Only downfall at 5’7” the dryer controls are a little high, I’m on tiptoes. Works great, really quiet.

I have had this washer a little over 2 years and it began smoking. Got to get it repaired already

We have gone through 2 of these washers and I now need to call Samsung again. During the spin cycle, this washer makes an Awful noise I can't even tell you what the noise is compared too it is so awful and it is only on the spin cycle. You will go insane. I want to return this washer and dryer set and get a different brand. Geek Squad has been out several times. It's horrible so I am helping you by warning you in advance.

The product is fine. Do not care for the performance of the washer. Leaks and leaves condensation on the door. Settings are complicated. One cycle ran the clothes for two hours. You can’t stop and restart the cycle or open the door during use.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Who would have thought buying a brand new washer & dryer would be a total nightmare. First the geek squad installed both appliances incorrectly & were extremely unprofessional The washer's rinse and spin cycle do not work. The dryer was smoking from the back. The dryer does not dry. Please save your sanity and money and do not buy these products!

This product was purchased to replace a long-running top load washer. While the dimensions for this product were larger than the previous 4.5 cu. ft. model we used, the features are exponentially better. Various washing options allow both regular laundry, blankets, and even smaller floor rugs to be washed to varying degrees and intensity. Many of the modes allow adjustment to temperature, spin, rinse, and soil level cycles. Then, unlike the ice hockey intermission buzzer, this has charming tones to notify of its completion. Worth a purchase.

Great unit….quiet and a lot of options. Only downfall is that the drain hose is on the ground requiring the pedestal for it to work properly.

This washer is very quite, since we boght it, it has been washing our cloths well , the internal space is very decent , I really liked it

Great washing machine. Large and efficient, with just enough options. Clothes are cleaned with limited water and detergent. Very happy.

I have abused this thing and after more than a year, it’s working like new! Very easy to use and handles all clothes with care.

Washes clothes very well. I am less of a fan of the pressure type keys. I’d rather have mechanical switches.

Excellent washer! Washer can handle heavy loads and is really quiet. The tray which loads the soap should allow extra room for spills.

I am so pleased with this purchase. The steam feature is amazing. My clothes come up super clean and there is a cycle for all types of fabrics.

I love this washer! It’s quiet and has many easy to select cycle options for what ever size load I’m washing. I definitely recommend!

This was not my first front load washer. I had problems with excessive shaking during the spin cycle. They came out and checked the level, still excessive shaking. Not sure if it was being on pedestal, floor not sturdy (second story apartment), or what but I wasn't going to sit and watch my washer while doing laundry. BestBuy was great, I told them my issue and was not happy with it. I was within my 14 days so I exchange it with a Maytag top load. They came out and picked it up and setup my Maytag, no charge!

Super efficient machine. Massive upgrade in relation to standard models. I cannot believe the amount of technology that this model has.
