This wash does not add enough water to clean heavily soiled, stained, and smelly items. There is no setting to adjust water levels and my clothes just looked overly damped as they wash through the door. My teenager's shirts still come out with underarm odors and items that are worn more than once such as jackets and sweaters come out still dirty in areas. I have had to place whites in a tube to sit in bleach to get them cleaned in the washer properly. Should have bought a top loader.

Always makes a loud noise when it spins fast. Thr washer moves way more then it should. They came out and said its just how the washer was made. If I had know never would of I bought this. Doesn't really have much water in there when it washes either. So not sure if clothes even get washed properly. Been having it for 7 months now.
