This is a great washer. Really does a nice job, and very energy efficient.

I love the capability to handle large loads and its efficiency in cleaning our laundry, the machine is easy, and I love how it operates. on the pricey side but worth the cost.

Quiet, cleans very well! The only thing that I don't like is that the window on the door is too dark to see the soap as the machine cleans my clothes

I love the washing machine and the drying Samsung, it works well, not to loud, it easy to use it tells you how many minutes for bedding or quick dry it nice.

Love everything about this washer! Its so easy to use that my 4 year old helps me and knows what to do! It washes clothes great and has lots of great features!

I haven't had a chance to get into all of the features that this washer has to offer, but I like the features so far. For example, when I turn it on, I feel the future saying, "Oh, there you are", while a musical tone that prompts me that it is ready to go. Like someone who is bottling up there issues deep inside, so nobody can see them, this washer does the same. You know that the clothes inside have their dirty issues, but I cannot hear the struggle because the washer is so peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend the washer, but I do not recommend on anyone to suppress their issues as much as this washer can... Oh and the lint catcher is sweet!!!

The washer works great. I would dare say it's revived the color in some of my old clothes. Quiet, efficient, and really easy on the eye. Definitely recommend this washer!

Bought this for my Mom. Over 2 years later, she is still very pleased with the overall performance. The machine washes and spins efficiently leaving laundry absolutely clean and wrung of excess water. She appreciates all the options, energy saving features and front loading design. Delivery from Best Buy was an A+.

It even sings!!! When the cycle is done, it lets you know with a great musical tone. The color makes it stand out. Easy to use. It helps me save on detergent and electricity.

Quiet efficient wash machine. Easy to load clothes ‘& detergent. Clothes are noticeably cleaner than they were after using my old wash machine!

Great efficient machine. Has just enough settings to wash pretty much anything and it is easy enough for my 11yr old to use. Only negative for me is the door. My washer hookup is on the right side and the washer door opens to the left (dryer door opens to the right) and it is not as convenient to move the laundry to the dryer as the doors get in the way.

This is a replacement washer for our front loading Kenmore which was a real disappointment. This Samsung does a better job cleaning and is quieter. Hands down a great washer.

This washing machine was a major upgrade from the previous top-loading washing machine I had. The top-loading machine, although only a few years old, made that annoying loud noise whenever it was in the wash mode. When this machine is washing, the sound is hardly noticeable in the next room. Furthermore, the Normal wash cycle on this machine saves about 15 minutes when compared to the Normal cycle on my previous machine. The steam mode is a welcome upgrade as well, and I use it on bedsheets, towels, etc.

This is my second Samsung with steam -- I moved and repurchased. The washer is quiet and cleans well. Only downside is the annoying song it plays when finished.

Huge capacity for washing a lot of clothes or towels. Had a leak in the drum though and is being replaced. Easy to use and has a lint catcher to avoid clogging your drain.

Love it!! Washes great, so so quiet!! A joy to go out and do laundry now ... we were wayyyyy over due for a replacement. Happy so far. Does it's job!

This washer works seamlessly, has a good layout and is easy to use. the clothes come out clean every time and the cycles are quick and efficient. My only complaint is that there is only one door swing choice. I would like for the door to swing the other way.

Amazing machine! This washer does everything I could dream of besides fold and iron the clothes! It is both large, quiet and efficient.
