    The dryer worked fine and the sensor based drying seems to work and result in clothes not too dry or too wet. The washer works fine but had a loud noise during the rinse/spin cycle. BestBuy is going to replace it. Thats great. Hopefully the replacement won't have the noise. Its a bit unclear how to create your own custom cycles. Looks like its not supported.

    This washer works great, multiple settings for different materials and soil conditions. The machine uses much less water than any typical top loader and paid for itself in the first couple months bu lowering my water bill substantially. The only caveat is that the cycle time is longer than with a top loader.

    I love this washer so much! The quality of the washing machine is so good and the color is so high end. I love the ability to adjust each setting to how I feel like the clothes need t be washed. I never have to worry if gross stuff is being sanitized properly with the Heavy Duty setting. Quiet and well functioning.
