I’m amazed at what this washer has done in its month of use, keeping my clothes smelling good and washing them efficiently in cold water.

This is my first front loading machine I like that the cycles are ~45 min and that the spin cycle really gets a lot of the water out for less drying time. Set up was easy and self explanatory. Make sure you get the accessory hoses :)

Once Samsung sent in the paperwork everything was smooth. It took numerous calls prior to that happening. It was also frustrating trying to get to a real person on the phone. both Samsung and Best Buy. The manager of the appliance department was wonderful.

Secondly, they scratched both the washer and dryer by carelessness when going through the door. They left all the trash (box, styrofoam, plastic wrap, etc) in my garage. The installation was never completed. They told me that the washer was "good to go" which i clarified meant that I could use it and they said yes. As it turns out, the stabilizers were left in the back of the machine, so now my drum is ruined. And the dryer installation was not complete either. Not to mention that i have been trying for nearly a month to get this rectified and keep being given the run around. So, in short, i would NOT recommend using this service. Just don't waste your time.

It has worked very well. The one drawback is I usually use cold water to wash and the standard cycle that I pick uses warm so I have to change the setting every time, not a huge deal but it would be nice to have it automatically set to cold.
