The delivery guys were so proficient, quiet. They were very professional. They hooked everything up for me and I have had a great experience using my new washing machine and dryer. Repair under warranty once and it’s now doing it again. The unit is under a year old but Samsung says it’s now out of warranty and it’s a minimum $200 for a service call. This is a lemon. I would avoid this and all Samsung appliances. I’ve never experienced such poor quality and service before. Severely disappointed.

I haven’t shopped for a washer dryer set in ages and they have changed. This set was a bundle on sale with pedestals making it the best bang for my buck. I have no issue with the machine except the spin cycle can be really loud.

The new model is almost exactly the same. But, the washer doesn’t spin out enough water out of your clothes. They can be very wet when it completes its cycle.

Whether the washer tub is not spinning, kind of spinning, won't stop spinning, has an unbalanced load error, or just runs way too long, the troubleshooting is the same.
You can check the troubleshooting guide about the washer does not drain or spin on the model's user manual link below on page 50 and page 53 if the load is still wet at the end of the cycle.

No power cord for dryer

The washer when it's on its spin cycle sounds like something is going to break. Hopefully it's just off balance and an easy fix. Will mess with it more tomorrow and hopefully that issue stops or we will be returning.
