I figured it was an uneven load in the spin cycle. Stopped, re-arranged clothes, started again and the same thing happened. It was VERY LOUD. One successful load completed and then trash. We returned the washer and matching dryer and bought LG units in the same price range. We are very happy with the LG units.

It took 3 times to install them correctly and undamaged. The first installers damaged the dryer at installation. The second installers "no showed" by taking a picture of my house but not coming to the door. Third installation also dented the dryer, but then required a fourth installation when I discovered the dryer did not work properly. The fourth installers were actually great. Thanks Joseph! The final rub was the fact that they changed their rewards points program. If you choose deferred financing over standard financing, you receive NO rewards points for a pretty hefty purchase.

I tried a modern top load washing machine thinking i can let the clothes soak over night. However, it kept draining the water. This machine washes the clothes nicely and does it rather quickly.

At least my old washer indicated that it was in the “steam cycle”. I have no idea what this machine is doing, really. Samsung expects me to presume the laundry is clean. I am skeptical because i keep trying to use the sanitize cycle, with steam. It says it will take 3:05, i am ok with that if it does what it says it would do - but! The load is completed in 1:40. Is it clean? Sanitized? I have no idea. I have family members who come to visit with allergies. Chose this particular machine, steam option, because i really wanted the linens, etc. to be clean. Not so sure about this. Was hoping for better.

It became unuseable as the internal bolts became disconnected and it would sound like an airplane was landing on my house during the spin cycle. Thankfully, I had a useable warranty and replaced the washer with a different brand (it was unrepairable). I was told the issue I had was a known issue with this washer so i highly recommend purchasing a different one.
