It wasn't the delivery guys fault. Then it was going to take 2 months to get a new one. I decided to buy another name brand instead.

Both are nice with lots of bells and whistles. The only issue I had was the washer was damaged during delivery, but Best Buy took care of that for me.

Not matching to dryer/ musty smell brand new

The washer is an off white/cream color compared to the dryer which is bright white. The inside of the washer was musty smelling even before a load was run. I needed to run the sanitize and self clean modes before I got most of the smell to go away. Contacted Samsung and since I got the units from Best Buy they did not want to hear anything about the units. Best Buy would replace but didn't know if same thing would happen. Washer was made in Vietnam, dryer in mexico

This one is quieter. The is so little vibration I left the detergent dispenser on top of the machine.

We wish we never got it. It is impossible. We took the shipping bolts Out, put the covers. We lever the legs and tight them as it says. It looks OK the first wash, and after that, this happens. It is violent. It's noisy, its terrible!. We wish we returned it before the pandemic. I HATE to wash clothes now, when getting a new machine should be to make the life easier.

How, oh how, are clothes supposed to get clean if the clothing is not circulating in water? Question of the year. How Samsung continues to sell this monstrosity is a puzzle to me. Save your money and buy a good top loader with enough water to clean the clothing? Sorry, a waste of money, that I ever bought it.
