Much cheaper from best buy than lowes. Also in person it doesnt really have the pink hue that it does in the stock photos. Its slightly pink but much more silver in real life

Love this machine! Purchased it to replace an older model and would do it again. We especially love the sanitize cycle--no smelly towels, Used our older pedestal and I'm a very happy camper.

Like the other review here, after 2 years the washer started sounding like it would take off when in the spin cycle. Tech support came out and totaled it. Luckily we purchased the 5 year warranty or we would be stuck with purchasing another washer. This was not a cheap washer! Im not happy we need to replace it and buy another warranty but Best buy warranty is great to deal with.

Not sure how it’s energy efficient when the wash cycles are twice as long as my LG was. It shouldn’t take 1:15 for a regular load of bedding, 2:28 to sanitize, or 1:59 for heavy duty.

The space and the quality of the washer is really good. My only dislike is that at times if you don't press the button hard enough or hold it down long enough it does not turn on the washer. There have been several occasions where I thought I held the button down long enough only to come back an hour later and find that the machine didn't turn on. I do wish that I would have gotten the model that was available with wifi an app. Being able to check the status of the clothes through an app would be real helpful.

First front loader Still working on the differences from my top loader. Clothes are getting clean and will see the water bill soon. Lots of features to try. So far it’s a good purchase.

Samsung washer is great however it is noisy, if I had known I would not have purchased it. I have to use the washer/dryer room door closed but I can still hear it downstairs which is not good.

I’ve had this machine for 6 weeks and I’ve had to have a technician come service the machine. After the wash cycle ends, the door will not unlock.

Works great when it worked. Had an issue with the computer board. Thankfully purchased the GEEK SQUAD! Replaced the faulty machine in a timely fashion.

This washer is very quiet and does not vibrate at all unlike the previous one we had. There are a lot of available settings you can chose.

During the spin cycle it sounds like a machine gun is going off, you can hear the noise no matter where you are in our house (2700 sq. ft.) Called Best Buy to have a tech come out, tech never showed. Best Buy then graciously replaced the washer. New washer, same noise. Would not recommend this model to anyone for any reason. Original Delivery - 7/3 Replacement Delivered - 8/15

My wife love this machine. The Steam features helps get rid of stubborn dirt and stain than an ordinary washing machine. Recommended this washer if you are looking for an upgrade.

I love this washer. The only downside I have is that there's no interior light inside. Otherwise does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Love and would highly recommend! Would purchase again. No issues just wish they thought out the water draining process better.

I absolutely love the Samsung 4.5 cu ft high efficiency front load washer. The level of features for specifying what you are washing is great!

It saddens me to have to say that the washer has been a great disappoint. It had a defect; which we called to report and instead of offering to replace it we were advised to have a repair technician come to look at it. It turned out that the machine had a broken weight mechanism on the right side, the bolts to it were not even attached to the machine. It was clear to me that this problem existed at the factory level and was not caught now the washer has to essentially be rebuilt. Almost every part inside it must be replaced. The "Geek Squad" is authorized to override the policies that the company has implemented, but they were the bright light in this entire situation. I give Eric and Michael five stars. These are hard working men who truly care about the quality of the jobs they do despite their limited authority that their company gives them. They did the best they could, so to them I say: "Job well done." However, if I had to do it all again, knowing what I currently know I would not have made this purchase. Hine site being 20/20 as they say. System forces you to give at least one star. However, I currently do not feel that this circumstance merits even one star; if I am being completely honest.

LOVE the steam setting on this washing machine! I can sanitize towels from my commercial kitchen, knowing that not only are they "clean," they are sanitized as well.

Washer has been nothing short of excellent to this point. It washes and cleans effectively and is probably some ten minutes+ more efficient per use/cycle.

Great washer, but after 3 months started making loud spinning noises when was is on spinning mode. Really loud noise

Best washer I have ever owned! I have had some pretty nice ones but these are exceptional. The self balancing and quick wash times are great! Would definitely recommend.
