    I purchased this washer 18 months ago. At first, it worked well enough but it not shakes and rattles to violently that it shuts itself off and locks the wet clothing inside. It is so loud that I can hear the washing machine from outside my house with the door closed.

    The start button is very sensitive and a soft touch button that will wear down more easily which adds to cost to repair in future unlike previous button more sturdier. Also alarm longer and annoying to let you know load done. Hope it last as long as my previous one 12 years but time will tell. Wash cycles are longer and difficult to control temperature at whatever cycle you want, you are limited to selection.
