Not top of the line but it does it's job pretty good, Quiet and efficient. Next will be to get the pedestal as it sits a little low but not a problem

I am a big Samsung fanboy and this washer continues to bolster my confidence in Samsung. I have not had a single issue with this washer in 4 months of use and it really seems like it washes clothes cleaner than any other washer I have ever owned. I take no special care with any laundry, just toss it in, add detergent, and let it work its magic. Clothes come out clean, smelling nice, and pretty dry already. I have not had to wring any water out of even bulky items before tossing them in the dryer. Great product and I am quite pleased with its performance

Have the matching set with the mounting kit. Super quiet and easy to hook up and mount. Bought for 699.99 each and do not regret it.

Our first Samsung washer bought in 2011 started to make very loud noise during the spin cycle. I researched the issue and it appears that the "spider" arm assembly has corroded over the past nine years. Given the old Samsung dryer still works well, I bought another Samsung washer to match it. So far the unit has performed well. My wife likes the controls better on this unit. Apparently the spider arm corrosion still exists with these later front load models, to prevent it, use no more than a quarter cup of high-efficiency detergent along with softer water.

So happy we went with this washer/dryer. So easy to use, we were going to go with white but we love the champagne color... very different.

Our old top loading washer/dryer needed replacing We looked at several models, both top and front loaders and choose this one based on its features and capacity. Added bonus was that it was on sale at the time of purchase.

I purchased this washer and dryer set for my new home. It works great and I love the steam option on both the washer and dryer. The alarm is also not annoying. Great appliance with lots of cycles but, I am extremely disappointed that this washer/dryer does not have wifi / smart control. It only has a smart care feature, for retrieving error codes from the washer using the camera on your phone and the display. This feature is pointless. How often do you need to lookup a washer / dryer error code? Most people just google error codes. I really wanted a smart washer / dryer and this is not it.

After having purchased in store & waiting around 3 weeks for install, not a bad decision. Good long term payment plan + insurance, works well cleaning & drying. Probably best to use liquid soap though, had an issue the first time with a pod getting caught in the door ring & not fully dissolving. Kind of a drawback that they aren't higher without having to buy overpriced stands. I was questioning the color in store of the champagne but looks great in my laundry room which is white. Works well together I have to say.

This machine works well. The machine is very easy to use and has many cycles to choose from. It is very quiet and efficient.

My last washer died suddenly and tragically. The Best Buy staff helped my wife and I pick this one out based on our needs and budget. After quickly running 3 weeks worth of laundry through the new machine we're both happy. The only change we would request is the ability to change the song that the washer plays at the end of it's cycle. I don't think I'll ever be excited to buy a new appliance but this is as close as I've come.
