Purchased this washer in Jan 2021. It worked fine for a 3 months but then the Rinse button on the console stopped working. Didn't reach out to customer care due to covid situations. Now following up with Best Buy for getting it fixed. :(

Both machines very loud. Regret buying Samsung. Customer service send me 3 link on how to fix this problem. I have to fix my brand new washer machine on my own.

A full load doesn't seem to be an issue. This is my second washer, the first one did the same thing. I've had a couple of front load sets over the past 15 years, a Samsung and LG and never had this problem.
