    When I bought and installed it, there was a water leak from the place where the washing powder is put. I did not return it because it was very difficult to put it on the 2nd floor. I paid a mechanic to fix it and it works for now.

    Just tried to use the washer for the first time. It is not working !!! after a few minutes a code 4C, which according to the manual it is an error occurring for a clogged filter ??? I'm contacting Best Buy today.
