    Bad unit , makes crazy noise and start jumping down almost hit me when we turn it on for the first time It should have turned off automatically if it was not setup properly ,not recommended at all I am out of return period so I am stuck with this

    It is a washer. It doesn't wash bath mats/ scatter rugs. It doesn't wash white towels in hot water. It doesn't run without a lot of mechanical noises. It requires a self-cleaning process of 5 hours/monthly. That requires bleach into the soap dispenser and it runs right through and on to my foot because I didn't know I had to have the door closed. It doesn't have adequate access to the bleach dispenser to handle a half gal container w/out spilling on my foot. It is pre-programmed to half assed settings. When the power is out it reverts to a different cycle than what was set/ using. It destroyed a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. I am 82, live alone, have Costco bath towels and bath mats (dirty) and this machine is totally inadequate for my use. Dingy, thy name is Samsung.
