Poor quality and service buying Samsung washer

I not used to the completely digital washer just yet and am not too fond of pushing all the buttons to change the settings, but it cleans my clothes so i guess that is all that matters.

Terrible Machine!! Do NOT buy

Less than a year old and already had to replace the dryer and now the washer won't drain or spin. My 10 yr old washer NEVER had any issues. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for Samsung to come out and see if it can be repaired. Seriously? 3 weeks? AND, this machine is less than a year old! Utterly disgusted. What a lemon!! Not to mention, it's not that simple to use. Not all functionality works properly. Some cycles don't work at all.

From the 1st day it entered my home the spin cycle has been a nightmare. Had to be fixed on day 2. As time went on the knocking got worse and worse. Called Samsung to use my factory warranty (also had geek squad) and the tech said that it could not be repaired. I would never buy a Samsung Washer again.

As per checking, the washer only comes with a drain hose, and you must purchase water hoses separately. The power cord does not come with U.S. electric model dryers. It would be best if you also bought this cord separately.
