    I purchased both the washer and dryer with stacking kit in July 2021. Best Buy delivered them and installed them and everything was great...until I did my first load of laundry and water started leaking from underneath. I thought something was just loose. It leaked every time I washed clothes until right before Christmas when it started making this horrible screaching/grinding sound during the spin cycle. I rushed to turn it off and water started gushing out of the bottom. I was still under the one year warranty so I made an appt with Samsung for the following week. They called me and rescheduled twice. They finally came out a month later to service it and couldn't help me because the unit was stacked! Nobody informed me that they could not be stacked. So I had to call and make another appt. Samsung assured me they would come out and fix it the following week. I got a call from the repair company informing me that they had to reschedule again! So now I haven't had a washer for 6 weeks! Do not purchase a Samsung!

    This dyer takes forever to dry .. The sensors don’t work well . The dyer stops when clothes are still wet.. Awful purchase Don’t buy

    Had to return the first one due to bad rocking, second one showed up with a loose screw in the back I had to tighten.

    Washer only works on Normal Cycle. If I choose anything special (i.e. whites, beddings, pre-soak, etc.), washer will stop working with a 4C code. Then you have to turn it off and back on to use the normal cycle. I've had it for 6 months and have never been able to choose optional settings without receiving this code.

    The worst washer we have ever owned

    This washer is terrible. We bought the matching pedestal, dryer, and installation too. From day one, it shakes violently and walks on its own when in use. Finally, Samsung send out a technician, saying the washer should not be used with the pedestal. (Wow, then why selling the pedestals??) The technician sticked a patch of black tarp look-alike thingy on both side of the washer. And that was all Samsung did. We tried many different ways to reduce the shake, and finally settled on a set of rubber pads. The shakes are not as violent. One a couple of weeks, it takes two adults, to readjust the super heavy (200+lbs) washer. What a monumental pain. This machine takes all the joy out of doing laundry. Then, yesterday, SMOKE came out of the matching dryer (model DVE45R6100W/A3, next to the washer), at the start of the dry cycle! See my review on the dryer.

    I'm not impressed at all with this washer. I don't feel like my clothes are getting cleaned just swished around in some soapy water for 45 minutes. Only reason it got the 2nd star was because it looks nice. I wish I bought a top load. Too late to return unfortunately.
