    Defective Product and Poor Geek Squad Service

    Started making extremely loud sound during spin cycle one month after factory warranty expired. Both Geek Squad and Samsung have looked at it and say bearings went out and cannot find parts to fix it. This was after very light usage. I am a Total Tech member but have received very poor service. Took 10 days to even get a repair appointment, then was told couldn't find parts. Best Buy won't replace product even with extended warranty. I guess they expect you to wait for weeks while they look for parts, if they ever find them. Poor follow-up. They don't call you when they say they will.

    Loud banging noise moves the whole washer

    Since day one it has had a loud banging noise. Called best buy customer seevice they had a technician come out and said its normal and may just be amount of the load we’re putting in. We let it ne and tried every possible thing the only thing that helped was to put it on delicates. So every other feature we couldn’t even use!!! I had enough of it and 4 months later tried to use another feature and it started banging again and moving the whole washer!!! After having a technician come out 3 times and talking to the manufacture and best buy back and forth for a whole 2 days we finally got a solution to have them replaced. Hopefully we dont run into this issue again and it may have just been a bad batch!

    The washer was great in the beginning, absolutely didn’t expect the door to have water retention issues with only a year and a half use under its belt. Yeah the door leaks from time to time but other than that it works.

    Had this washer 2 years. The pump went out. I have the protection plan . I called geek sqaud and they subbed it out to a third party.its been a month and no fix. I would never recommend.

    Bad quality it seems

    Ours just stopped working after 6 months for no apparent reason --have had many washers over the years and never had this happen before. Very disappointed. It will turn on but won't spin or anything else. We didn't do anything unusual with it -- just washing medium sized clothing loads for two people.

    not pleased that that they need mounting brackets for samsung, and it cost me extra $30 and had the best buy told me about this. it's expensive for a piece of metter.

    Weight block broke within the first 3 uses. Loud knocking noise on Spin cycle. Still in contact now with the manufacturer to fix. Spent a lot of money to have such a horrible experience.

    Delivery of merchandise.

    Was promised delivery on a Monday, delivery company said they had a breakdown. No big deal, things happen. Was promised a delivery for the next Wednesday. The delivery dispatch called and said they couldn't find the place becait was a bad address, no the delivery driver lied about the address and then he said he tried to call me and couldn't reach me which was another lie. I ended up going to Home Depot for my purchase. I will probably never use these guys again.

    Washer has issues with the bolts that hold the bearings in place and break easily deeming the machine unrepairable. only had the machine for 4 months.

    The washing machine died after less than 3 months. I was really excited because I have great experience with Samsung products. It's sister dryer however works very well and would recommend it. I am very pleased with BestBuy's exchange policy. They provided us a with a new, different, washer right away.

    Be aware! It broke after 1 year and 2 months! Just after the warranty ended.... My washer is super noisy and there is an issue with the weight balancer. Don't waste you time and money for it! I like the washer and how it worked but come on after 1 year something like that?? NO NO NO!

    Don't Buy This Washer

    I purchase this washer in August 2021, and it stopped working last week. Two months after the warranty expires. The washer is powered on, but it won't start. The door is locked, and I can't get the cloth out.

    Expensive pump failed in just 13 months

    Purchased this washer in July 2020. Pump failed in August 2021. The washer cost $700 and the pump costs $300. Ridiculously expensive pump given that it will probably only last a year like the OEM pump did. This wahser is a very poor investment.

    Constantly has problems gives error of SE or 5E, we have to manually drain it, then a few washes later it has the same issue again. Currently on hold with Geek Squad trying to contact them for scheduling a repair.
