It's my two hands, we have a big family and we use frecuently... very good

I have had this machine for about two weeks, tried to like it and can't, so it's going back tomorrow for several reasons. First, the touch pad is ridiculous. I feel like I either have to hold the button too long to select something or I hit a button the correct number of times to change a feature of a preset and it speeds past the option I am trying to select. Next, there is no way to set up a load of laundry to begin at a certain time (like 5 hours from now). Yes, there is an option to have one END at a certain time, but my LGs had the option to "delay wash" for a certain number of hours, and maybe it's just that I'm used to it, but it's been difficult to switch my mind set to do it the other way around, to pick the end time and count backward. And what if that means the load starts while my kids are sleeping? I don't have the cycle times memorized! I dunno, it bugs. Also, there is no preset for towels. Something I miss about my LGs. AND some of our darker and more colorful clothes look faded. Maybe that has something to do with the change in water type between AZ and CA, but somehow I don't think so. I've done laundry in CA before without this issue. And finally, EVERY preset has a two-rinse default. I cannot fathom this! Why would a load of laundry need to be rinsed TWICE, every time? Is the rinse cycle not efficient enough? I purchased an HE front-loader to conserve water and energy. Having every cycle default to two rinses seems to defeat the purpose. I have other Samsung products and like them. This one is not a winner for me.

Good! The front drawer got leeking when you put the fabric softener

I haven't had this washer for 3 full years yet and the unit is already broken. One of the pieces of tubing has dislodged and the door can no longer close. The spin cycle was getting really loud and the washer was moving and low and behold the tubing was poking thru the rubber around the tub. I see others have had this issue as well. I am not pleased with this purchase. I paid a lot of money for this to fail on me this soon.

I like how little water and energy it uses compared to my old washer. The steam feature is very useful, I use it on cloth masks and towels. I do not actually have it in the stacked formation, but I am glad to have that option for whatever place I move to next.

We bought the washer and dryer combo for Christmas and even purchased the bases to upgrade to a front load. The price was great, salesman was great and delivery was timely. Unfortunately, the bases were very hard to set up and the washer was really heavy. From the very first load, we had trouble with the balance. We readjusted the base, the bottom feet, and even used a level to make sure it was level everywhere. The washer continued to shake really bad, so we ended up removing the base completely. Even with no base it still goes off balance and has to be watched, not to mention is really noisy. The clothes rinse and spin to one side leaving it unbalanced, even after moving the clothes around repeatedly to try and balance it out. We can’t wash any mixed loads, such as sheets and towels, because it won’t rinse and spin. Only small blankets can be washed. Now we have a base that can’t be used and a washer that’s more work than it’s worth. We are completely dissatisfied and disappointed in this washer and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We need to speak with someone about sending it back.

Great washer when it worked. Purchased in December 2020 and the computer brain died in August 2023. The Tech temporarily installed a new computer and was able to run it through a couple of wash cycles however the door wouldn't unlock. Tech removed the computer and the unit is now a boat anchor as repair estimate is more than a new unit! I didn't buy an extended warranty.

Bought this stackable washer and dryer from what I thought was a reputable brand. Boy, was I wrong. After a little over 2 years the machine started to vibrate during the spin cycle. Shortly there after I got an error message stating that the washer wouldn't fill. Ok, no problem I'll just call Best Buy and schedule a service. Well, after the tech was finished he told me that due to the multiple issues he encountered that it would be better to replace the machine rather than repair it, as the cost to repair those issues would be more expensive than a replacement. A major appliance only lasting two and half years, not good Samsung. Do not buy this brand. In my opinion they don't make quality products.

Content with the purchase over all. However, here are some findings that made this review 2 star rating only. First, ran a load of whites with bleach in the designated bleach compartment, no problems. But, when I ran the color load right after, some color clothes got bleach stains on them! It was surprising and shocking. Will not be running colors after using bleach again which is a hassle. Secondly, water drips from door onto the floor when it is open after the completion of wash cycle. It is not a big issue but it's definitely annoying.

The wash tub bearing failed after only 5 years. Don't purchase this unit if you want a machine that lasts.

Unit works very good lots of different cycles to choose from everything works as it is supposed to.

I love the color and more importantly the features it offers.

I Love my Samsung Washer, my last one lasted 11 years - not one service call. My dryer is still working great,. I did not receive a instruction manual or any warranty information and the drain housing on the front was broken. I would love to discuss these issues with a representative. Please contact me

Super frustrated to pay close to 1K for a washer and find that I cannot mute the thing. Even though you can turn the obnoxious long chime “song” at the end of a cycle, every button your press and each time you turn the knob there is a decently loud ding. This seems like a stupidly easy thing to program and something my Samsung machines have ALWAYS had the option for. Another gripe, if you don’t like the preset cycles you will have to modify them EVERY TIME YOU WASH A LOAD. This machine doesn’t not save your previous selections (as was the case with my Samsung washer that was 13 years old). WTF, I am soo frustrated and considering returning the machines (washer and dryer) over those two factors.
