Not a happy cut
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the stackable washer and dryer in June, it is now October and there is a problem with the spin cycle, I called Samsung to schedule a repair due to the fact it is still under warranty, I was told I have to take the dryer down since there is only one person being sent to do the repair, I am a single woman. They want me to pay someone else to take down the dryer and pay someone else to reinstall it. I would just like them to come and take both back and I’ll go with a different brand. Very unhappy about the entire process.

Sales person did not adequately inform whether or not it was a good idea to have the washing machine installed weeks before the related pedestal would be delivered. Two installations ended up working okay.

Also should remember last wash cycle so if you turn it in again, the dial is set to previous one. Rather then resetting Wash type temp etc every time.

Technician from home warranty company came and found that a bolt had broken off on the drum and was damaging the inside. Now waiting to see if it will be repaired or replaced. Oops just realized I purchase Geek Squad protection, so once the home warranty company lets me know if repair or replace, may contact Geek squad.

Very Short Life Cycle
