Died after 5-loads.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought to replace my 22-month-old LG that died. LG would not power up. Geek Squad sent repair and it will take weeks if not months to get parts as not in stock so I purchased a new Samsung and will donate the LG when repaired. The start button on the new Samsung died after 5 loads and the washer will not start. Best Buy will replace washer/dryer which was scratched up. Delivered by 3rd party vendor who might have damaged the washer. Have to wait 3 weeks on replacement. Will review the new one when/if installed. Extremely disappointed. If new one has problems, I will be buying another brad.

RUN AWAY

Now, 6 months later (and just out of warranty) the dryer won’t even power on!! RUN AWAY from Samsung!! This is our second set of Samsung washer/dryer… we had problems with our first dryer too. Got these because they were in stock in the beginning of the pandemic. We regret buying and should have gone with a different brand. Dissatisfied with customer service on Samsung’s part and disappointed in the quality.

Idiotic Engineering
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You should definitely buy this washer if you enjoy flooding your house every time the drain plug filter gets clogged (often) or when there's an error code that shuts it off mid-cycle. Helpfully, they've put the plug in a location so close to the ground that you have no choice but to let gallons of water shoot onto the floor both in front of and underneath the washer when the cap is removed.

Terrible Warranty Process

The reasons given each time is because it is waiting on manager approval. Why is it taking so long for a manager to approve Samsungs own request to replace my defective machine? It was purchased new in April 2021 and broke November 2021. It was reported to be faulty by the Best Buy Geek Squad and Samsung.

Warning: Key parts fail after 2-year warranty

Samsung support is horrible and repair cost more than a new washer. Don't pay the premium for the subpar product. LG has been amazing - check the reliability ratings.

NEVER BUY WASHERS FROM SAMSUNG!
