    Love my new washer. Quiet, clothes come out really clean & preset cycles seem to work perfectly. Unfortunately, Best Buy delivery was awful & the installers damaged my machine. Waiting for a replacement. Was told on backorder.

    Could not be happier with this purchase. We got the matching dryer with this as well and not only do they look great but they work incredible. Many options of wash settings and is not loud at all. We even got the same set for my family as well and they feel the same. If you would like a state of the art new washer and even dryer, look here, Samsung did great yet again.

    Amazing machine. The steam cycle is great. Clothing comes out really fluffy and smelling great. The washer also looks really good and solid. Really quiet, doesn't make too much noise. After cycle is done, it plays a jingle, which is annoying, but it can be turn off on the settings. Overall, great quality.
