The first time it startled me it was so loud. I would also have the washer door open on the opposite side for ease of shifting clothes to dryer but it is not a huge deal for me. The clothes do seem really clean and I like the extra features and ease of use.

Its not very load and it has a lot of settings to make it easy to wash different types of laundry. The self clean feature is also very handy and will hopefully make maintenance easier than on my old washing machine. Strongly recommend this Samsung washing machine

Did not take long for my wife to pick up on running and making machine adjustments. We would buy it again... We bought this washer along with a Samsung dryer and paid about the same as just the Kenmore front loader purchased 16 years ago. Technology rolls on :) I have been an industrial mechanic since 1972 and I know a good piece of equipment.

One caution I would give is that the factory setting for the spin cycle is set to 5. Makes the machine travel. I thought the machine was unbalanced but it was just spinning too hard.

Can't get used to seeing our clothes washed in what looks like a table spoon of water. They look clean, but we haven't tried cleaning anything excessively dirty yet. It's SUPER quiet untill it's done. That's when music plays that tells me either the washer is finished or my kid made it to the potty. Either way I'm happy.
