    This washer is really good. Washed my dirty pants that i used for some the major home remodeling project, after it was done pants came out even cleaner than they were before when they were new. Delivery was excellent, this guys came in put everything together within minutes, were very nice and respectful and super professional, great great job overall, can’t thank them enough.

    I always seem to question myself anytime I make a major purchase. I have had the same washing machine and dryer for 15 years. The time came to purchase something new and I decided on this Samsung set. I love it. It does a great job and is super quiet. I have used it for small loads and to wash a king sized quilt. It is amazing and I am very happy with the decision that I made.

    The product is great. The delivery got a bit messy as we have a narrow private road into the area. This was noted at the time of purchase but didn't get onto the final order paperwork. We had to wait an additional week for the delivery. The delivery was flawless once the smaller truck was engaged. The delivery crew were positive, knowledgeable and answered all kinds of questions.

    Love the champagne color. Washes extremely well - spins clothes well. Lots of options & settings. Has a self clean button. Plays a nice song when cycle ends! Child lock can be turned on & off which is nice. First front load for us. No smell or musty smell - leave door open half hour then I close it. No problems!

    Our granddaughter loves her Samsung washer/dryer set. We gave them to her as a housewarming gift. She says it's beautiful in appearance, easy to use, and makes washing and drying clothes a breeze. Have owned several Samsung products over the years. Time will tell of course, but, the good name of Samsung was why we went with this set.
