This is a very good front load washing machine. It really spins and turns and gets cloths clean in a very efficient manner. I have nothing bad to say about his machine at all. Very happy with our purchase.

Due to our house being built around using standard top loading washing machines and the placement where the drain was I could not install this front loader . The placement would have been too far to the left where as the Samsung washer door would have hit the wall. It was a beautiful unit and huge. It could handle much more than 3 people worth of 4-5 days worth of clothes

quiet. gets the job done. Only 4 stars b/c Samsung should allow for the door to be reversed so that if the dryer hook-up is to the left of the washer, it'd be easier to transfer load from washer to dryer. In other words, front loading washer/dryer units (esp from the same manufacturer) should have doors that are designed to be able to open like French doors.

Great washer and dryer, works well. Just the free installation the guy put the pipes wrong and I had to wait another week for someone to come check just to make sure it was correct. The hassle of not touching it yourself and waiting for someone to look at it for a few seconds was annoying, but other than that the machine is great

So far, so good. We had similar model before that gave us years of good service. It has many features and settings and is easy to use. I like the light touch buttons ( but hope it’s something that doesn’t easily malfunction ) Big drum that handles the big loads like a champ! If it lasts as long as the previous units, I’ll be happy.

This washer works great, steam option is a must. We live in So Cal and clothes/towels seem to get moldy quickly so the steam option breaks up that cycle and keeps our clothes clean and fresh. Not to mention we have the matching steam dryer as well. I'd recommend this only be an inside unit because it's best to leave the door cracked so that the inside dries out after washes.

Purchased this unit to replace a 10 year old front loader. Best not to think you are getting a high end washer when you purchase this washer. It does a good job, and has a good variety of settings. Pros: It is reasonable in price. It does a good job of cleaning clothes. It has settings found in higher priced units. Cons: It vibrates badly when in the spin cycle. If you place anything on top of the unit, it will slide off during the spin cycle. The build quality is cheep and basic which is why it vibrates so badly. It is also very noisy in the spin cycle. Thankfully we have a door on our laundry room to help cut down on the noise.

had some tough stains that had been there for a good two weeks and they came right off. was a bit less impressed by the installers, who were certainly quick and knew what they were doing but didn't have much to say nor interest in answering any questions.. Have had this for just about 48 hours, not more to say

New to us. Quiet, easy to use and great cleaning. What more can you ask for.

This washer replaced a similar 12 year old Samsung. This one has a few extra features that I like, including options to adjust spin speed and steam. And at the end of the cycle, the alarm goes off for a good 20 seconds, so it's easy to know when a load is done. After almost 8 months of use, I've had zero issues. My old Samsung had a clear door and an "End" light so, if we forgot about a load and walked by, we could see that it needed to be emptied. This model, the screen is just left dark/blank at the end of a load and the door is tinted and you cannot see inside. There are no visual cues to let you know there is anything in there and loads could be forgotten if you miss the chimes.

This washer is very large, much bigger than our 20 year old one was. The spin cycle was so loud, we had a technician come out to check it and he determined there was a problem. They ordered a new washer and it is much better. I love the music when the load is done, but I wish there was a way to turn it off, in case I want to run it at night.
