It is also slightly smaller (depth). I leave the door open after a wash to let the drum dry out. Setup by best buy was professional and very fast.

Mesh bags are handy to keep metal things from ruining the drum. I have really enjoyed how easy it is to use and the efficiency of it.

Out of nowhere it started rattling like it was going to take off into space. When Geek Squad came out to inspect, they found a manufacturing defect. According to everyone I talked with throughout the process, this has commonly occurred with Samsung Washers. The counterbalance snapped off and punched a hole in the drum and diaphragm of the unit and totaled the machine in one fell swoop.

I definitely feel like the clothes are cleaner than they were with the previous washer that we had. Again, the color of the washer/dryer combo is just very appeasing to the eye. It’s kind of a rose gold champagne color which is awesome. I also like that it chimes when the clothes are done so you don’t have to wonder or keep checking.

Very pleased with the unit and we did not have to wait two weeks (LG had a two-three week wait, could not find them in stock anywhere locally).

(Garage located) we’ve learned to wipe out the seal and leave the door open between washes.

After spin cycle clothes are almost damp dry so dryer time is very short....saves you time and money. Definitely would buy again.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked my new washer up 1/12/202, to replace a whirlpool washer that didn’t last 3 years(bought brand new).I love the color and how big the drum is, I can finally wash my comforters and bedding at home.Great customer service at Best Buy in Mansfield.I washed few loads yesterday and seems to work just fine, does vibrate a little but hopefully when I get pedestals that will help that out.I eventually will get the matching dryer.

13 months later and on my third washing machine.

The product was on back order for another month or so and then replaced. It worked well for about 11 months. Then it started making a loud noise when it was running. The balancing pulleys in the rear of the machine went out($30*4) then the cement counterweights on the front and side of the machine broke. Which caused the door to separate slightly and crack ($250) and the pump in the rear also started leaking ($120). So after having it for 13 months the repair cost would be almost $500 and that is without the cost of labor. It is out of the 12 month warranty so now I’m on the hook for repairs. Instead I will be buying another washing machine 13months later, not from Samsung.
