Efficient washer, steam option is great!

We live in So Cal and clothes/towels seem to get moldy quickly so the steam option breaks up that cycle and keeps our clothes clean and fresh. Not to mention we have the matching steam dryer as well. I'd recommend this only be an inside unit because it's best to leave the door cracked so that the inside dries out after washes.

This was a good buy for us due to the sale price listed on this the dryer, and two pedestals. We just couldn't beat it anywhere else we looked for the complete set. we had sold our older first generation Samsung front load washer and dryer when we were relocating from another state. We had purchased a brand new Samsung top load after moving only to realize we missed the accessibility of its front load counterpart. I set these up from out of the box, leveled to operational in about 4 hours with a run to the store for the extra water line we needed for the steam option on the dryer. No issues from either the washer or dryer and the pedestals in the 2 months we have been using. The system are easy to use loads get done super fast "very efficient" and still has that quiet operation we were used to with our first set. All in all we are very happy with this purchase and the color was an added bonus we were glad to get for our house.

After you are done washing your clothes I advise you to keep the door cracked open. It has a wet smell inside it that I can't describe but it stinks. Other than that... I love it.

The order was delivered on time but the washer was damaged during shipping. The geek squad who delivered it noted the damages and wrote a report on it that made it super easy for me to set up an exchange. I could use the damaged until my new one arrived.

We have a very large family and a large washing machine is a necessity. We were pleased that it could handle large loads but didn't like the smoke color door. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our overall purchase. This machine does not dry the clothes as effectively as our old one. For whatever reason, it adds water to the spin cycle and doesn't spin the majority of the water out of the clothes. Now our dryer will need to work harder. We're still not sure of their steam feature as we feel it does not clean the clothes any better. We contacted support for the water after reading everything about it online and trying several different options (including making sure we had a balanced load). Their support team was very nice and their technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the pump and while it helped the situation, the clothes still do not come as dry as the previous machine (an LG purchased from BB). We will continue to work with it but we are very disappointed with this machine.
