This washing machine does everything as advertised. The larger volume is a huge bonus. My previous washing machine was smaller and it was impossible to wash a king size blanket in it. But this handles it with plenty of room to spare.

This is the first washer I have purchased in 13 years. It is amazing! The load times are shorter and the soap levels are lower. The only thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to turn the absurd beeping sound of the buttons off.

Very quiet and cleans well. It just doesn't quite fit from a depth perspective in my space. Like all front loaders, you have to leave the door open between washes to prevent mold. I would recommend these units for someone with a laundry room, but not a laundry closet.

My Last washer was a Samsung, had for 10 yrs. loved it. Great customer service if you ever need it. Hope to get 10 yrs with my new washer. So far so good. Love all the settings, silent, easy to use. One noticible improvement front load door opens & closes smoothly. I recommend Samsung products.

I love love Love my new washer an dryer.My clothes appear to b so much cleaner. The washer is so quiet, an seem's to have so much more room for Blankets, ect. So far so good!!

After reading reviews I noticed some people mentioned the level of sound when the washer is running. I have to say it's much quieter than my old washer. I haven't had any issues in the month I've had mine. I like that it has so many options as well. Very nice washer and the price was right too.

I really like this washer. It can throughly clean large loads as well as it can the smaller ones. The only drawback is having to learn about all of it’s features and how they make laundry even better, if you can call that a drawback.

Got this open box about 7 months ago with geek squad warrenty so far its been a great machine replaced our 12 year old miele which was 4x the cost. it washes great the steam option really cleans whites and bedding well and leaves clthning smelling really fresh and clean aswell. Really strains clothing well to draw out moisutre after a wash. Whisper quiet operation. overall satisfied with this washer cleans my whites well all my clothing comes out smelling super fresh and ive noticed very little wrinkling even on heavy duty cycles.

I really like this machine. was so happy when our old machine finally broke down (it was here when we bought the place) so we can get an upgrade. I love how quiet it is and it dries the clothes pretty well so we don't need to put it in the dryer as long as we used to. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic unit with enough capacity for your full laundry load! Coming from a compact washer unit, this unit is a dream. I love the steam functionality and the champagne color has really grown on me! Just remember to leave the door open to avoid mold growth.

Wasn't able to wash my Quenn comforter...Did for the first two times,and then the third time washed,but wouldn't spin..So hopefully once they come to see was going on,it will be okay...Its works still ,no problem,but if I can't wash my comforters or pillows,hey no dice.

We have 4 boys and 3 adults that live in this house so our washers get used a lot. This has handled that so far and clothes come out clean. The styling is great and we enjoy the front loading as it gives you space on top

We have bought Samsung appliances for years and love the ease of use, the value and their customer service. We love the ability to stack this washer with the matching Samsung gas dryer. We had Best Buy deliver and hook both appliances up. Would purchase again.

Love the number of different ways I can wash clothes with this machine. It does a very good job of cleaning anything I wash. It is an efficient machine using very little water to clean the clothes. The clothes feel almost dry when they come out due to the high speed spin.

samsung products are reliable in my opinion ive never had any problems with them. this is a really nice washer, be sure to increase the number of rinses required if you are washign a big load. otherwise its awesome cleans everything well

I had high hopes for this washing machine, after a great experience with our last Samsung model of 10 years. I will say the clothes seem to be washed well, but the process of getting there is where my frustrations lie. I live in a pier and beam house, and this think violently shakes during spin cycles. I had a service member out that said it is operating as designed, but the spin cycles are so much faster now that it will vibrate. The recommendations are to reduce the spin speed - that is fine. However, most of the cycles have presets which you can't always reduce the spin cycle to how you want it. Not terrible happy with this purchase.

My wife and I love this washing machine so far. It is so quiet that with our utility closet door closed you can't hear it, even when it's on its final spin cycle. We can control it from our phones, and it has all options we need. We will most likely be buying the matching dryer soon.

Have had the washer and dryer combo and I Can’t recommend this enough. It saves so much on water, electricity and stress from washing. It tells you when it needs to do a self clean. The guys who installed it in the McAllen Tx area were great too. Fast installation. Very nice too.

This is our first Samsung product. We have had this for a little over a year. This product is great, works well. It is noisy, but I can live with it. I got this for a great price, and Geek squad delivered and installed it. Thank you Bestbuy.
