They are efficient and actually very quick in their cycles. I even like the little song they play. I’ve never had front loaders before and now I’ll never get anything else.

My last one was amazing and loved this new washer. The steam options are great and clothes are noticably fresh. Lots of customization options. Amazing price as well. Cannot beat it. Oh and it looks amazing too.

Much quieter than our old units. I just wish there was an option to have the dryer controls lower when stacked; but what are you gonna do?

It includes great features which are easy to use and the screen is easy to read. The installation team was amazing with the quick, proficient set up. I am pleased with my purchase so far.

ONLY LASTED 4 YEARS!!!!!!

Opened it up and saw that the drum bearing was coming apart. Metal flakes everywhere and grease had blown out. How does this fail in only 4 years. We are a family of 3, we don't wash everyday. I expected more from a brand like Samsung. I would not recommend buying this brand. Warranty ran out after 1 year, SHOULD BE 5 YEAR WARRANTY ATLEAST!!! THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR!!!!!!

Samsung Washer with Steam

They come out so fresh. We leave the front door cracked open to dry out after use. Later close. Machine does not stink.

We were using a very old top loader before so this is a 1000% upgrade. Works very well, super quiet with pleasant touch tones and finish cycle notation. Love this unit so far....

The additional spin (to remove more water) when the cycle is complete is worthless. If I were able to test this feature before buying, I would not buy this model. The load capacity is less than that of the top load model by the same manufacturer.

The different settings are useful and the wash times are quick. You can tailor the settings to whatever you want. Steam option is great.

The only complaint I would have is that the washer can’t hook up with the diagnostics app like it says. The app must’ve updated past what this washer can do. I wish it were a smart washer, but it works very well!

Almost the same as the old one that we had but this is so much better. But I do recommend to buy a stand with it cause you will be kneeling down as you get your clothes in and out.
