Steam cleaning refreshes all of my laundry. My prior washer and dryer was also Samsung and very pleased with this newer version. Champagne pink color body is also cute.

I really like the Samsung washer and dryer. They are easy to use, also for the washer you don’t need to use a lot of detergent to wash. It guid you on where to fill it to. Money saving right there lol.

My last washer and dryer were 27 years old. So I felt it was about time for new ones. I have to say that this Samsung washer is pretty amazing. It's still new and I'm sure there are features that I haven't used, but so far I'm very impressed. It cleans well and at the end of the cycle it plays a little tune. The only issue is that it stays wet inside the dryer and I can see that over time there may be an odor problem. So I dry it out and leave the door open for 15 minutes or so after I take the clothes out.

Love the washer. Especially the steam and sanitizer function especially with the pandemic. Worth the money. Brought to replace a Samsung washer that I had over 12 years.

So far so good. Nice size machine and great color. Lots of functions to use. Purchased for my mom with the pairing stackable dryer for her 50th birthday. Professionally installed by Best Buy. It's a winner.

NASA must of made them themselves!!! It is awesome, digital board is awesome, almost no noise whatsoever, the sound alerts of the “loads done” are subtle and... awesome too! Can’t compliment enough the washer, and IT LOOKS HOT TOO!

Love this washer, clothes come out really clean normal cycle is quicker than expected, also most of the water is removed during the spin cycle so drying is also quick.

what a buy! This machine is so quick and easy to use and really efficient. Seems to get the whites whiter using the same stuff as before. Can do big loads including quilts, blankets etc no problem. My "Best Buy" in a long time - well pleased.

This Samsung has been an excellent unit. Not complaints at all. Has worked exactly as expected. We also have an LG set, and they both operate about the same. I wouldn't say one cleans significantly better than they other. Hard to be the value on this one. Since many of the components are the same on these machines regardless of the model, just buy they one that fits your budget.

If you want quiet, however, this isn't the one for you. I forgot how clean my clothes can really be! The lint catcher really does it's job. If you're a Samsung loyal, this is a must. Please get it from any other store then Appleton WI.

The only thing I don't like about it is you have to leave the door open in order for it to dry out so it doesn't smell. I was great ful to the installer for letting me know this. I wasn't aware of this before I purchased.

Love this washer. 10 cycles is more than enough for options, easy to use and adjust as needed. Clothes come out super clean and the spin cycle works so well there is a decrease in drying time for both hang dry and the dryer as well!

It is super quiet and very efficient. It's the color I wanted. It has many options according to the needs.

We had looked at several models, price ranges etc. Everything was sold out b/c of the pandemic, but the salesman at Best Buy had a matching set of these. They are average. Its not like we were looking for excitement in our washer & dryer, or even anything super complicated...but these are the plain/vanilla/basic sedan set of laundry appliances. Hopefully they have durability and will last awhile, but I would have had regrets if I spent more than I did or anything close to the regular retail price. Pros: Look nice Cons: Doors; steam function isn't quite what we had thought and small articles get stuck in the rubber rings around the door.

Great machine. It does what we need it do and so far it seems to do it really well. Let's hope this one lasts us just as long if not longer than our last machine did!

When you purchase this washer or it’s dryer counterpart, understand what you’re getting yourself into. It’s wonderfully efficient, a beautiful color, and a Samsung. However, also know that you will be receiving a 2 minute long mixtape to let you know your load is finished. I personally think they should just change it to a shorter tone, and just post the existing one to their SoundCloud, but I am just a consumer. They do know better than I.

It works perfectly. I’v had both the washer and dryer for the past six weeks and it’s been awesome with no complaints.

Sold my older Samsung washer and replaced with this. Clothes get clean, machine is quite. Only complaint is the annoyingly long end of cycle chime, however that is easily turned off. Installation was easy as well.

My wife rates it 5 stars . . , so far. It doesn’t take as long to wash and the clothes are clean. It’s also very quiet and the clothes are almost dry when the washer is done. She loves it.

Super washer - has all the bells and whistles and the tub size is perfect for those larger items like comforters. Relatively quiet (important as it is part of a laundry closet in my kitchen - not a laundry room) and the color is contemporary.
