The washing is good enough for basic use and have many preset functions which is pretty easy to be selected by turning the main center button. Water hammer problem was found but disappeared after the water hammer arrestor is installed.

This replaced a Maytag that died after 10 years of heavy use. So far so good with this machine. Easy to use and fairly quite. I do like that it had an auto cleaning feature which does not require you to use any special powders, etc.

Great washer. It has plenty of cycles and runs VERY quietly. It does rock a bit more than I thought with very large bedding loads, but that's to be expected I guess.

I really love this washer and so happy that I bought it. The clothes come out smelling clean and soft. The washer is quiet which is amazing. I would recommend this washer a thousand times!!

The set is wonderful. I don't like that I needed to pay extra for installation and other parts that were extra charges on top of the set I purchased. I had to get someone to install and give me items to start each item.

The color was as advertised! It was beautiful and washed and dried my clothes amazingly!

I bought this set for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it and that's all that matters.

Great item. Works well. Washes well. My second time going with the Samsung. Also have the steam mode which is great for my work shirts. The best option.

No complaint with the unit. Works great. Easy to understand interface. Totally non-barfworthy colourscheme. Washer by itself IS to low to the ground and if you put it on the pedestal, then the dryer control panel requires a step stool.

I've never had a front loader before. So far I love it. I feel that it is getting my clothes clean. Some of the new top loaders, it feels that they don't get enough water to get them clean.. i love it so far

This machine washes well. It's a little noisy. I had a older Samsung that wasn't quite as noisy as this one. Could use more washing selections. it's also little difficult to try to figure out what rinse and spin cycle to select.

I got the set with the dryer as well and I love it they can be stackable or next to each . The washer is fancy and it doesn’t make a lot of noise either.

This washer is decent in speed and in size its not too big and it is stackable, it looks very nice and sleek i recommend it. Its also not loud and beforw you know it your wash is done! 10/10 would buy again

We love the product and use it often. No issues thus far. The only complaint that we have is the top of the washer and dryer dent extremely easily. When it was delivered and they left I looked closer at the washer and dryer and noticed there were dents in the top already. A few days later I leaned on the top of the washer to grab something from the cabinet above and it left a dent in it. Not only did it have dents upon arrival it dents extremely easy with just a little bit of pressure.

I am absolutely happy about my purchase. This washer is very easy to install and use. It's a smart washer. It sets the water level for you. It washes quietly. I have nothing bad to write.

I love the color and this washer makes my clothes so clean. Very quiet and reliable.

It's brand new, so a bit early for a review. Levelling the washer was a little time consuming but it now runs very smoothly. It was quite easy to figure out the controls but not completely intuitive.

Super speed, bixby enabled so i can contol it with my phone ;), steam which gentle on clothes, noise and vibration reducing technology, self clean,energy star certified, multiple preset washing cycles and washing options.

The washer has done a great job with the clothes. Very easy to operate all the various settings to get just what you want. Had issue with circuit breaker, Replaced with different breaker and no problem.

Samsung is in my book the best wow . The quality is second to none. Runs very quiet the quality of the washing is very good nice looking also
