    Easy to use and when it says 30 min. to finish it is 30 minutes doesn't add more time. Very sufficient and quite. My old washer banged when filling and spinning.

    Have had this washer for 3 years now and it does a great job. I absolutely love the steam feature. My only complaint is that as soon as my warranty expired it started banging like the drum is off center so now we have to get that looked at but overall it's been a great investment

    This washer looks amazing on the outside, and it really does clean clothes better than top load washers. BUT, it shakes VIOLENTLY and is SUPER LOUD while spinning. We did all the troubleshooting on this and it didn't help. It was professionally installed, but we just couldn't handle the noise and vibration. We ended up returning it and getting a top load washer again. I'm not sure if it is the brand or if all front loaders do it, but we are sticking with top loaders now, unfortunately.

    Everything was wonderful from the time I walked in the door my salesman ? John ? was great and showed me many options in various price ranges. The delivery went very well. The young men from Texas were very friendly and courteous. The washer....its a dream to have a washer that finally gets clothes clean. Thank you Best Buy Woodbury, I will definitely be shopping there when I get my new matching dryer in a few months
