My two complaints. 1) When washing anything with significant dog hair, Be prepared to spend 10+ min clearing the washer and all around the seals to remove the hair post-wash. 2) trying to level and dance this on the Samsung pedestal is "no bueno." It takes at least two people, and you need access to all sides to be effective with adjustments.

We have LGs in our other home and they are unbelievably quiet. These are almost as loud as the old top loading machine that I replaced.

Had an issue with the first one after we got it. But best buy had another one sent out. We did have an issue on the second one not being delivered the day it was due. But they fixed the issue and we finally had the second one delivered on time and they even help with getting it set up. Over all I'm pleased with the service and so far I enjoy my new washing machine. First time owning a front loader. And we are pleased with the product.
