    Our old washer was starting to act up so we determined that we wanted a washer, dryer, and two pedestals. After reviewing various website, we determined what we wanted and our local best buy had the set on display and on sale. Compared to other business, the out the door price was $300 cheaper and that did not included the $275 gift card incentive that Best Buy was running. As far as the washer, so far so good. We haven't used the steam option yet but the other settings work as they should.

    I can't say enough about the Samsung brand. I just had to replace my washer and dryer (both Samsung) after 15 years! I never had to have them serviced ...ever. I only replaced a hose -once..and that was earlier this year. I am expecting the same for this washer and dryer set. So far, I absolutely love them, and I can't say enough about the color. I won't buy any other brand!

    I'm happy with my new Samsung washing machine. It's quiet, efficient, and does an excellent job of getting my clothes clean. I had some dingy whites that it actually whitened without bleach! Apparently my old machine just wasn't cleaning anymore.

    I ditched my newer top load HE machine for this front load marvel. My laundry comes out cleaner, with less wear using less water because of the gentle agitation design. One of the best features is that you can customize each load (how many rinses, how high the spin, water temp, heavily soiled--or not, and more). Some machines have "set" cycles, which are not always what you need at the moment.
