    Seems very sturdy construction. Door works well, doesn't leak like my last washer did from day one. Soap drawer works smoothly and hopefully won't break like my last one did...4 times (Electrolux). On the loud side, so if it is in a common area, that might be a problem. Also, can't use hot water on the quick wash cycle, which annoys me. Otherwise, seems to work very well, and I am happy with it so far. Banking on the low rate of repair for Samsung being accurate.

    Large washer and easy to use. We had a hard time getting it level. Seems to vibrate with heavy loads, ie jeans or towels.

    I am using this Samsung High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with steam until my ordered washer with the front door trap has completed manufacture. I love the the feel of my clothing with this machine. Unfortunately, I dislike the tube at the very bottom to eliminate water from the washer. The tube is almost on the floor making water drainage messy, cumbersome and awkward especially for seniors. I see this as a design flaw. Very Disappointed!

    What can I say? I absolutely love my new washer and matching dryer. I can do a load of wash in half the time it took with my old set. My old washer died and I was going to my daughters to do my laundry. She has the Samsung W/D set and I fell in love with them. I could not imagine it only took 45 minutes to dry a load of heavy towel or jeans. I tell my husband on a regular basis how much I love my new washer and dryer!
