The washer shakes violently and makes noise during the spin cycle. Called the Best Buy installer to check on the problem and he confirmed that the installation was done correctly. The installer recommended to replace the unit.

It does a great job cleaning clothes, and spins a remarkable amount of the water out of the clothing. We line dry, and so far it takes less than a day to dry the clothing. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is we'e only had it for 6 weeks. If it lasts ten years without needing a repair, it will rate five stars with me.

Such ingenuity and a feat of engineering. Not sure how we ever lived without it.... But seriously, I have had it for two weeks, it's a washing machine, it cleans clothes, looks nice and seems fine. The washer and dryer stack in a standard Chicago laundry closet that has 81" of height. No room for anything else in that closet though

Overall we're happy with this.
