    Initially it was a great product. We loved it, it looks beautiful, the machine was super quiet at first. 4 months in it started to make a loud banging sound during the spin cycle.

    I've used a very similar Samsung washer and purchased this unit in Champagne color because my wife wanted to have this color. Within a week since the delivery and installation, the champagne color is pretty badly scratched and peeling. this was not the case with the white unit I had previously for 7 years of regular use and moving twice
