Service came out to replace ring gasket. Still dripping issue persists. Water will drip heavily from round door if opened after detergent has been filled into detergent drawer. Easy use because of smart wifi connection.

I love the fact that I can even choose steam as an option. The color is rich and it's nice to have something other than white.

It's a very well build machine that have a variety of washing options ranging from delicate to bedding. It has sensors to make sure all the soap has been removed from the load to ensure you dont have to wash your cloths again and will add rinse and spin cycles if need be. I have yet to test the steam clean personally but I have heard great things.

The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with several options. He found the model and color we wanted and arranged for delivery, etc. The appliances were delivered on time and the installers did a workman-like job getting them up and running. Couldn't be better.

The washing machine is easy to operate, has enough options but not too many, and wrings a ton of water out of your clothes to reduce drying time. Cycle time seems a bit long but I'm very seldom in a hurry and the "quick wash" feature does the trick if/when I am. Installed onto a pedestal with matching dryer, quite satisfied!
